Like the previous rating...the service is horrible! I think they truly hate working there. Their employees are rude!

I always try to get a smoothie after the gym, but they ALWAYS close early. I literally just drove by and they were closed already, not even 8 pm. Last time that I was serviced, I asked for a bowl and they told me that they couldn't make it because they were going to close. I was shocked because they had 25 mins before closing!

this location so trash. they don’t open on time EVER! and they always out of everything its so disappointing waiting in the drive thru to order at opening and no one is here just for them to tell you they’re out of what you want. poor management

I've gone to this location a couple times now and the smoothies are pretty good, however, the service is completely subpar. Either these people hate working there or they are just rude and unpleasant in general or have never been taught how to treat people in the service industry and be respectful to their customers. After my most recent experience with both individuals who were working I honestly don't ever want to go back it was so poor. You can get a decent smoothie here, but you'll leave feeling awful because of how terrible the service is and how you were treated throughout the experience.

I stop by this location often on my way to work and used to have great experiences, but lately the service has gone downhill. Today was the second time I’ve been greeted with a rude “What do you want?” and told to “pull forward” with zero care or professionalism. On top of that, I received the wrong order again! The same employee handed me the wrong drink and never returned to the window to fix it—even though I was the only customer in line. I ended up having to drive away with something I didn’t order, wasting my money and time. The smoothie went straight to waste because I had no idea what was in it. Last time she finally came back and when I told her my order was wrong she said “oh your order had the wrong name on it.” I’ve reordered this order many times in the app and have never had this issue before.

This kind of service is unacceptable. I’d like a refund for the incorrect order and for management to address this employee’s behavior so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Cole and Brian took great care of us when we accidently dumped our smoothie inside our vehicle. We were more than willing to pay for the replacement smoothie since it was completely out fault, but they insisted on replacing it free of charge. They even made some recommendations for detailers to help get the mess inside the vehicle straightened out.

There are two male employees here who could not care less about the customer. The guy this morning did not speak one word until I informed him I was picking up a mobile order. This location has significantly deteriorated in the last 3 months in terms of customer service.

Everything is actually pretty average when my daughter and I come here except for when KayKay R. Is working. I asked her name because I needed everyone to know how amazing she is! She is a gem. She is so sweet and brightens our day. It’s obvious she cares about making customers feel welcomed and special. Also, she makes the best smoothies! They are so smooth and the best we get from anyone by far. We love her so much. My 7 year old daughter yells KayKay when I say it’s a smoothie day! Thanks KayKay for making a special family time activity so amazing!

The location on Pleasant Grove has very rude employees during the work week (aside from one very sweet young female) . I’ve never seen someone so put out to do their job. I normally go there weekly, but decided to start going to Tropical Smoothie which is like a mile away from this location.
