I would highly recommend you teach your carhops how to give back proper change. Or give them a calculator if they cannot figure it out. There is no reason why I should have to recount my change just in case when going to a business. I will avoid this one and go to any other one where I know they know how to count back change.

Food is okay. Just They are TOO SLOW that it took 20 minutes to get one meal. It happened twice in a roll and at the second time the worker was trying to shut the window while i was talking without saying one word for being too late. I spent my whole lunch time at the drive through for one meal. Its ridiculous and i will never ever come back here

This was my first time coming to this location and I will not be back. I placed a mobile order for a drink the other morning before my shift at work started. It took them 10 minutes after the pickup time to bring me one non-complicated drink when there was a total of 6 cars the entire time I was there. They brought two orders to my car that were not mine before they brought the correct one, even though they had the stall number for my order. I should not have had to wait that long for one drink at a fast food establishment, especially when it was not busy at all. I will be taking my business to other Sonics in the future.
This place has gone really downhill over the past couple months. consistent 20 minute wait time and serving sizes are now a joke. avoid at all cost

After ordering on the app, I was driving to location to pick up. Simple burger and tots. Spent 15 minutes waiting for my food to be delivered. Drive thru is faster. Don't bother preording.

I went to sonic to get my regular Dr Pepper with extra real cream and the first one they brought out was a regular Dr Pepper. So I asked them to make a second one because I paid for the extra and they brought me this out, the cup wasn’t even full and they just threw together something on top with barely any ice. Hayley tried to say they put 5 pumps in it, and I never create an issue. But bringing me this out is disrespectful and I’ll just stick to my kum and go soft drinks.
