I placed an order around 4:20, it was estimated to be delivered around 4:26. It was not. I gave time and patience just incase it was full. I couldn’t see from where I was if it was or wasn’t, (it wasn’t) I finally got my food at 4:53. I really just wanted a treat and some food after my work shift but this was just ridiculous. You guys are usually so fast, what’s going on?

I've had more problems at this Sonic than at all other locations put together. Most recently, I ordered, and 20+ minutes later had still not received my order. I used the call button to check on it and was told that my order had been dropped in the kitchen (whatever that means) and they'd get it out to me asap. I assumed that means I would at least get fresh and hot food that they remade, but no. It was barely warm and had obviously been sitting on a shelf for 20+ minutes and they didn't bother to remake it. I didn't eat there because I was late due to waiting so long, and didn't find out the food was cold until too late. I'm just going to stop using this location. Unfortunate because it is a really convenient location for me but I'm done with them. This was only one of many incidents. They need to be under new management, badly.

Sonic, as I look through the comments for this location they have lots of 1 and 2 star reviews for various issues. Whatever you're doing to correct it obviously isn't working.

This place 8/10 times forget the marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks. Who just eats mozzarella sticks? Get it together.

I was shocked to see one and two star reviews ??
This Sonic is further from my house then the other two sonics in town and I prefer this Sonic. They make the best master shakes. The only complaint I have is they always forget the cherries 🍒 on top. But maybe mine isn't supposed to come with one. ? Very nice and polite young men.

I don’t know who hired the children for the night crew. But the past few times I’ve been to this sonic at night, I could literally hear them squealing and playing around while I was sitting at the window trying to pay for my order for over 5 minutes. This was for simple things like ice cream cone or a drink.

They went to someone in the drive-in who came in after me and IGNORED THEIR DRIVE THRU THE WHOLE TIME. Whoever was working the evening shift on October 9th needs to be FIRED. Made an excuse that the head set was being finicky but the same woman who came outside ignored us when we went up to window, and I know she would have seen us.

They stop serving hotdogs and other items over an hour before closing time. I get good service during the day but evening shift is always horrible. They smash your food down. It’s cold when you get it. They always get the order wrong. It seems like 8:30 pm and on all they care about is getting out of there. I would hope management would do something by now but it seems to stay the same.

Super frustrated because I order multiple drinks but they are never marked. Then, when I ask the carhop which is which, I get "i'm sorry, I didn't make them". Occasionally they will remake them, but why should I have to ask? Please take 2 seconds more to press at least a single dot on top of the lid. It would really help my diabetic family members if they didn't have to sample all drinks just to find theirs.

My favorite sonic is on Bloomington , this one here is pure trash , ordered online for 6:20pm didn’t get food till 6:35 and it was cold . I got a peach sprite with an eyelash in it and not to mention the drink tasted like something you would scoop out of a toilet

more often than not bogus food, on several occasions have closed early and switched the light off when we enter the line
tired of coming here, wish there were better options avaliable in the area

Waited 20 mins for an app order. 15 dollars for cold food. Nothing worse then ice Cole tater tots. They didn't care. I will never go back to Sonic.
