I was shocked to see one and two star reviews ??
This Sonic is further from my house then the other two sonics in town and I prefer this Sonic. They make the best master shakes. The only complaint I have is they always forget the cherries š on top. But maybe mine isn't supposed to come with one. ? Very nice and polite young men.

I donāt know who hired the children for the night crew. But the past few times Iāve been to this sonic at night, I could literally hear them squealing and playing around while I was sitting at the window trying to pay for my order for over 5 minutes. This was for simple things like ice cream cone or a drink.

They went to someone in the drive-in who came in after me and IGNORED THEIR DRIVE THRU THE WHOLE TIME. Whoever was working the evening shift on October 9th needs to be FIRED. Made an excuse that the head set was being finicky but the same woman who came outside ignored us when we went up to window, and I know she would have seen us.

They stop serving hotdogs and other items over an hour before closing time. I get good service during the day but evening shift is always horrible. They smash your food down. Itās cold when you get it. They always get the order wrong. It seems like 8:30 pm and on all they care about is getting out of there. I would hope management would do something by now but it seems to stay the same.

Super frustrated because I order multiple drinks but they are never marked. Then, when I ask the carhop which is which, I get "i'm sorry, I didn't make them". Occasionally they will remake them, but why should I have to ask? Please take 2 seconds more to press at least a single dot on top of the lid. It would really help my diabetic family members if they didn't have to sample all drinks just to find theirs.

My favorite sonic is on Bloomington , this one here is pure trash , ordered online for 6:20pm didnāt get food till 6:35 and it was cold . I got a peach sprite with an eyelash in it and not to mention the drink tasted like something you would scoop out of a toilet

Waited 20 mins for an app order. 15 dollars for cold food. Nothing worse then ice Cole tater tots. They didn't care. I will never go back to Sonic.

Ordered on the app. Checked in and waited 20 mins for my food. It was ice cold. I threw it away. Waste of 15 dollars. High prices, bad service and cold food. I consider that a complete strike out.
Unacceptable time that it took for a few drinks and shakes. I waited over 15 minutes and to find out that I didnāt get enough straws when I got home.
