This is not a great restaurant to begin with and this location is really bad. We ordered online and they didn’t bring us a drink carrier so I am trying to find space for four drinks, then my kids didn’t get toys in their kids meals, then my husband didn’t get a fork with his chili cheese tots. And since we were taking him lunch at his shop he had to try and figure out a way to eat them with no silverware. When your food is not the best to begin with you need to at least have good service. I am permanently leaving this place off the list of places to eat.

Stale, tater tots and old pre cooked cheeseburger that was sitting there for who knows how long. And you guys weren’t even busy. Another reason not to eat at sonic!

We arrived at 5:30 pm placed order for 3 cheese burgers order of fries and a drink. We received notice amber was on her way with food. No one came to bring it here it was 6:10 pm I am disabled had to get out can barely walk up to the door. All of them are in there visiting. Finally at 6:15 pm they bring out our food which was cold . Now mind you we come here a lot during the week never had any issues. Don't go there on weekends.

Honestly, the quality is fire, price is right, and the redeemables are worthy. Two people can eat and drink two meals worth for under 25 bucks with a tip. Shut up and take my money! :)

Terrible service Terrible food! I thought I learned my lesson but gave them the benefit of doubt for a drink run tonight. After waiting 20 minutes for them to answer the speaker and another 20 to bring out 1 slush and a pup cup I'm literally sick to my stomach. 0/10 do not recommend this location.

Terrible service!! Sat in the drive through for several minutes listening to the manager and the other employees jabber until I finally asked them if they could take my order. They then shut off the mike and never returned. We then went to the window and no one answered there. Giving them one more chance, I pulled to a stall, pushed the button and waited. Still nothing! I then called the store to speak with the on staff manager and was told they didn’t have one on staff this particular night. After expressing my frustration I was then told they were extremely busy, although I was one of 4 cars in the lot. Shortly after explaining that I could hear them on the speaker, she then claimed to actually be the manager. At the end of the conversation I was hung up on.

I went there and the drinks weren’t the right way so I went back to have them fixed and the drive thru girl was hateful and said they were right and I said they weren’t and asked for her to fix them she didn’t even give me straws back on the second drink I had to ask an other employee to have one she wouldn’t come back to the window

Ordered diet dr pepper, got regular, ordered a Jr burger with mayo, all the way, was told it automatically came that way, but got one with tons of mustard and ketchup. Ordered the big breakfast burrito and got a small one instead. We didn't notice until we got home. Frustrating.

I love sonic. Why is this one always so stinkin slow?? Like every single time. Unfortunately it’s the most conveniently located for me, but in this amount of time I could just drive to Alaska and back to get my drink
