The curries were flavorful, though they could have used a bit more spice. The rice was slightly undercooked and could have been boiled a little longer. The naan was soft and well-made, and the gulab jamun was delicious. It’s rare to find a vegetarian combo at a food truck, but this one leans more toward North Indian flavors—so don’t expect a South Indian–style meal.

If you want a delicious authentic meal, that you can tell us made with love and passion, look no further. This little food truck on the side of the road was such a pleasant surprise - the owner was so nice, and you can tell he really cares about serving you GOOD food.

We tried this place and totally loved their food. Chole bhature felt like a home cooked meal with masala in proportion and Bhatura had no visible oil since they make it fresh and their dahi puri was so tasty ! Love Suman aunty and their food!!
