Iām a frequent Starbucks customer, isnāt it kinda silly to fill up a latte this much? I mean I was a barista for 4 years, I understand espresso melts the ice. I know how latte making goes. When I went back in to get it fixed, she said ādo you just want us to fill it up with more ice?ā And I wasnāt gonna be a jerk and continue standing there complaining, so I agreed for more ice even though the drink clearly needed to just either be remade with the correct contents or for more milk to be added to it. I think any barista could see the drink was clearly underfilled! I typically love this location but I donāt think Iāll come back as often. If the baristas were having a bad day, I hope it gets better.

Waited 15 minutes. You ask everyone around me if they could be helped? Was it because I wore a love Jesus hat? Not sure why I had to go check out a whole other order just to be helped. Work on customer service.

I been to this place twice 2yrs apart. The 1st experience, I purchased a caramel macchiato when I was going to take a drink out of it. It smelt so bad so I went back to return it and the girl at the window so thereās nothing wrong with my drink that thatās how it smells. I donāt think so. I asked for a refund. I was in a hurry today so I passed through there thinking well maybe they improved and unfortunately they didnāt today I ordered a pistachio latte and it made me sick to my stomach. This place needs to get checked out by state board to make sure they are sanitizing properly.

Came in on Christmas and they whole team was doing amazing! I noticed Kaity (I believe) specifically was busting ass just pumping out orders! Everyone was so friendly and handled how busy it was so well!!

I put a 1 start since I cannot put 0. CUSTUMER SERVICE thereās none, I always get my Starbucks at Bentonville itās ALWAYS PERFECT. What I ask is what I received. I decided today to get it from this store when I received my order itās not what I ask I told the I wanted just base no water/no lemonade. By seeing the color I can clearly see it has lemonade (have this drink millions of times I know how it looks likes, itās my daily drink!) I let her know, she says āit doesnāt have itā I let her know that when I have taste of it Iām gonna feel the lemonade, she gives me a face of go ahead and try it. Try it let her know it has lemonade on it and ask her co-worker again and still tell me āno it doesnāt have itā, (never offer to make the drink supposed to). To not keep the interaction I just decided to not say anything else, grab the drink and go to the Starbuck in Bentonville nicer people, costumer service excellent and if they messed up the drink they offer you a new drink.
