I wish they opened up at 5 am. It says they open up at 5:30 am but sometimes they aren't even open at that time. I got told by one of the workers that they open at 6am

Broque was the most rude person that has ever helped me at Starbucks. My sister placed a mobile order for me and I got there really quick probably three minutes after she placed the order (for one drink) Once I arrive there, broque told me that I was supposed to wait 5 to 6 minutes before coming through the drive-through and after apologizing several times and explaining that I got there very quickly due to no extra traffic,and don’t mind waiting at all, he told me that I wasn’t supposed to place mobile orders while I was driving and then I needed to wait longer before coming next time and that Starbucks didn’t like mobile orders coming through the drive-through before they were ready. I again tried to explain the situation and apologize and he was still rude and disrespectful.
