I put a 1 start since I cannot put 0. CUSTUMER SERVICE there’s none, I always get my Starbucks at Bentonville it’s ALWAYS PERFECT. What I ask is what I received. I decided today to get it from this store when I received my order it’s not what I ask I told the I wanted just base no water/no lemonade. By seeing the color I can clearly see it has lemonade (have this drink millions of times I know how it looks likes, it’s my daily drink!) I let her know, she says “it doesn’t have it” I let her know that when I have taste of it I’m gonna feel the lemonade, she gives me a face of go ahead and try it. Try it let her know it has lemonade on it and ask her co-worker again and still tell me “no it doesn’t have it”, (never offer to make the drink supposed to). To not keep the interaction I just decided to not say anything else, grab the drink and go to the Starbuck in Bentonville nicer people, costumer service excellent and if they messed up the drink they offer you a new drink.

Stopped in here to get some coffee and they’re restrooms didn’t have toilet paper so I left

They gave me black tea instead of black coffee. I don’t know if this is an issue with speaker audio or just incompetence/lack of care, but Starbucks won’t be seeing my wallet again

They didn’t even say sorry for how long it took. I got a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and it wasn’t as good as I was expecting and when I got the cup, it was all dirty on the outside. Overall, this Starbucks deserves a one.

Just stopped because my baby needed warm water for his bottle. So kind and helpful and accommodating making sure it wasn’t too hot
