This use to be my favorite Starbucks. However, every Tuesday when I come in after class the manager and assistant managers are having their work meetings in the store at the only large table. It’s a meeting where everyone in the store can hear all of their business plans/goals/expectations. It’s frustrating for those of us who want to sit down for an hour enjoy this cup of coffee and study or read. I’ve quit coming to this location specifically for this reason.

Mediocre. Wait times are terrible, inside or drive thru. Taste as expected most of the time. The location is chaotic mess
Parking: Drive thru is terribly slow and causes back ups through neighboring roads and out her businesses.

Always spot on with the coffee. Me and my husband love how the baristas do the coffee and everyone is so friendly.

This used to be one of my favorite places, but I had an unfortunate experience recently. Ordered my drink and waited quite a while, only to notice someone who ordered after me received theirs first. Since I was running late, I asked to cancel my order, and they processed it right away without asking any questions. It left me wondering if being the only non-“American” there had any influence.

20241004 Smaller store with limited merchandise. I ordered a mango and a berry Brew DR. When I got in my car, realized I got 2 cans of berry. I'm too lazy to run back in... ?

Never coming back to this Starbucks I came Saturday afternoon I ordered my drinks I used my 2 of 10 deal I got a pumpkin spice Frappuccino and a brown sugar shaken espresso with vanilla cold foam both venti and gave us a grande and still wanted to charge us more when our total was 12.39 and I stood up and said why would I pay more money if I used the coupon 2 for 10 and paid 12.39 that’s what we normally pay with coupon and she was like I’m sorry and I was like it’s okay after she gave it to me the cup was dirty from the bottom and I asked her if she could clean it because it’s not the first time they do that and it’s very hard to get out of the cup holders since it’s coffee and was like you guys are asking for to much and Sunday aka today we went again ordered the same thing and gave us the wrong drink the cold foam was not how it tastes normally just tasted like milk and coffee was not the right one over all horrible experience never going back always take forever too just get more employees telling friends to just go to walnut starbucks

Ordered coffee, they don’t have it 1.30hrs before the store closes. they are cleaning the machines..why do you take the order if you don’t serve. They made me wait 10mins and told there is no coffee.. they don’t have a way to refund and manager is not there in the store. When asked they told me to wait for 30mins. please avoid this store, Worst Starbucks ever!!!

Drink was decent and my turkey sandwich was delicious! Honestly, Starbucks' lunch menu is underrated. It's not bad! You can get a pretty tasty sandwich for under $10.
Ever since they reopened they can never make my drink correct. All I want is coffee with a splash of milk. They give me a full cup of milk with a tiny splash of coffee. Even if I ask them to remake it. It’s the same thing. Every other Starbucks makes it right. Not sure what’s going on here.

The store hours said that they close at 9pm And I got there at 8:45 and they were cleaning already and of the employee told me that they were closed…at 845, that was super rude !

I got the new energy drink and it was awful. Just a huge chunk of ice and very little flavor. Super disappointed in this Starbucks. Young lady who took me order was very friendly though.
