If they didn't keep raising their prices so often and so high, I'd still be a constant customer. I've gone from 2-3 times a week to maybe twice a year.

Horrible customer service from Madyson! I ordered a venti non fat ice latte with four shots and asked for extra milk and they refused! DO NOT visit this store if you want to be treated like Starbucks cares about you….find another location.

Place is ALWAYS so Cold
Bad experience. Ordered 2 coffees via app for drive thru. Service was SLOW at 3 in the afternoon. Both cups had coffee spilt down the sides. The iced coffee had the lid “perched on top to one side.” The reason for that was the lid did not fit the cup. The hot drink did not have a sleeve. The hot drink - my usual coffee - was not good! Not the typical Starbucks experience.

Placed a mobile order. Go through drive thru. Told it’s not ready and to park. What’s the difference if I’m placing the order thru the drive thru or mobile. Make it make sense.

As someone that works in the food service and knows customer service like the back of my hand the customer service that my mom and I just had today was completely awful The girl that at the window was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. When my mom gave her a tip, she just looked at her and just snatched it right out of her hand and didn’t say thank you and walked off (I was in total shock to the point where I had my mouth dropped open and I’m pretty sure one of her coworkers saw my mouth drop open) my mom asked her Are you having a bad day she said.” Well we don’t have any air-conditioning and we’re trying to close and people keep coming in” my mom and I are longtime residence in Rogers and we have been going to this location for 15 years. very upsetting experience!

I came to Starbucks for my 3 dollar handcrafted drink, and the employee was not very helpful, and she had an attitude. I understand that she was probably bit feeling her best but she doesn’t fit the Starbucks environment

The baristas here are very unobservant. Placed an order for two breakfast items at 11:04am. Went inside and waited at the pickup counter until 11:23am, when I finally asked if they had the order for my items. Yes, they had been sitting on the counter for the drive through. No one ever asked what I was waiting on, after standing there for over 15 minutes waiting.

I pulled into the drive-thru at Starbucks and waited about 10 to 15 minutes with no response—either the speaker was down, or my order just wasn’t taken. After waiting patiently and pulling up to the window, the employee didn’t try to help or take my order. Instead, she simply told me to drive back around and wait in line all over again, which would’ve meant another 10 to 15 minutes.
I understand things can go wrong sometimes, but the lack of communication and unwillingness to assist in that moment was really disappointing. A little courtesy or effort to make things right would’ve gone a long way. Hopefully, this kind of experience can be improved for other customers.
we ordered at 3 and it took them 46 minutes to get our drinks to us and we were sitting in there the whole time. they finally gave them to us and said “sorry we put them in the wrong place” wdym you misplaced them? our drinks were melted.

I love the oak milk it so good and. I am in bake school to become a baker one day. Someday I will open a bake shop but for one I want to work with someone who have there own bake.
