I order the same coffee every day sometimes twice a day. And it seems every time I come to this store there is nothing but inconsistentcey. Even after going back in and clarifying my order for a remake it was just as bad if not worse. Then when I asked for a refund the manager who remade my drink shorted my refund giving me 6.84 I pay 7.06 everyday for the same coffee. Poor service, poor final product, too much inconsistencey. If you want your expensive coffee done right the first time skip this store for your own sanity. I gave 2 stars for their attempt to fix. Id recommend the Monroe and bloomington store, quality service and quality end products every time compared to here.

I usually love this location — whenever Brandy is there, I always have a wonderful experience. She’s friendly, attentive, and makes my drinks perfectly every time. However, my recent visit was a bit disappointing and honestly unsettling.
I always ask for extra oat milk, and always mention to pay extra for it since I know the baristas don’t like putting extra milk. But lately my drinks have come up short almost all the time from this location. This time, I went inside to politely get my drink how I ordered it and said, “Hey, sorry, I was in the drive-thru and asked for extra oat milk, but I think some of my drink short.” The barista didn’t respond, smiled, grabbed a cup, filled it with oat milk and set it down rather abruptly, smiled again, and walked away without a word.
The interaction felt uncomfortable cold and dismissive — I wasn’t rude or demanding, just trying to clarify my order. I understand everyone has tough days but the lack of communication and tone really threw me off. I hope management can address this as it’s not the level of service I’ve come to expect here.

I’ve visited numerous Starbucks locations around the globe, but Kate’s warm personality has always stood out to me. Her presence adds a special touch to each visit and I always leave feeling more than satisfied. Today, I tried a new drink from their fall menu and it was Kate’s encouragement and expertise that inspired me to step out of my comfort zone! I truly appreciate her genuine personality and the hard work she does for this location, as that is a very hard find. Thank you!

I put a 1 start since I cannot put 0. CUSTUMER SERVICE there’s none, I always get my Starbucks at Bentonville it’s ALWAYS PERFECT. What I ask is what I received. I decided today to get it from this store when I received my order it’s not what I ask I told the I wanted just base no water/no lemonade. By seeing the color I can clearly see it has lemonade (have this drink millions of times I know how it looks likes, it’s my daily drink!) I let her know, she says “it doesn’t have it” I let her know that when I have taste of it I’m gonna feel the lemonade, she gives me a face of go ahead and try it. Try it let her know it has lemonade on it and ask her co-worker again and still tell me “no it doesn’t have it”, (never offer to make the drink supposed to). To not keep the interaction I just decided to not say anything else, grab the drink and go to the Starbuck in Bentonville nicer people, costumer service excellent and if they messed up the drink they offer you a new drink.

I have been ordering drinks from this Starbucks for a couple years at night on the weekdays. But for the last 4 months when I order a drink, the employees working the night shift like tonight. Are not very welcoming and the drink end up being really liquified. Like tonight my drink is a Salted Caramel Frappe, they didn’t add the caramel syrup or the caramel bits. And like how it’s show in the picture, it’s literally how is was handed to me. I mean look at this whipped cream 🤭💀🤣🤣🤣

It is what it is. The great coffee, the og. I guess the employees have always been kind of rude, it seems like their rudeness is a little more pronounced than it used to be these used to just be snobs efficient snobs.

Every visit to this Starbucks is a great experience, but seeing Kate truly makes my day every time! She’s always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely brightens the atmosphere with her energy. Whether I’m in a rush or taking my time, Kate never fails to make me feel valued and cared for. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. She’s absolutely the best — Starbucks is lucky to have her!

I spent almost $40 here this morning and then get home to almost all my coffee’s practically half way full. For the price of one coffee alone this is very unacceptable.

Just had to shout out Kate. I had come to get a pick up order this morning. I had a pretty rough Monday already and was looking forward to my iced coffee. I was a ding dong and placed the pick up order at the promenade location but Kate was SO sweet and filled the order anyway. Made my day! Thank you, Kate!!!

i love going to starbucks with my friends to do work every week. usually we take the big table but half the time there is one worker working at the six person table. usually we have to go work somewhere else. i feel like this is just losing business. we love the workers and going every week, it just makes it hard and takes up time when we can’t sit anywhere else…. we really do appreciate the staff!

Really great customer service. I brought my laptop and worked all afternoon from this Starbucks. I saw employees regularly walk around and check up on customers (offering water, taking trash, checking in). Drinks are great and good variety of seating options. I plan to work here regularly!
