I spent almost $40 here this morning and then get home to almost all my coffee’s practically half way full. For the price of one coffee alone this is very unacceptable.

Just had to shout out Kate. I had come to get a pick up order this morning. I had a pretty rough Monday already and was looking forward to my iced coffee. I was a ding dong and placed the pick up order at the promenade location but Kate was SO sweet and filled the order anyway. Made my day! Thank you, Kate!!!

i love going to starbucks with my friends to do work every week. usually we take the big table but half the time there is one worker working at the six person table. usually we have to go work somewhere else. i feel like this is just losing business. we love the workers and going every week, it just makes it hard and takes up time when we can’t sit anywhere else…. we really do appreciate the staff!

Really great customer service. I brought my laptop and worked all afternoon from this Starbucks. I saw employees regularly walk around and check up on customers (offering water, taking trash, checking in). Drinks are great and good variety of seating options. I plan to work here regularly!

Drive through experience was very disappointing, the worker was rude, impatient, and dismissive! couldn’t ask a single question without getting interrupted over and over asking if we were done ordering. The manager(s) need to give her some attention, so she can treat at least one customer with a bit of kindness!

Customer service a little late

Omg y’all! Fiona is simply THE BEST. Not to mention she rapped us a drive thru song!!!! We got cake pops, coffee and a show <3 much love and we will be coming back.

For the last several months the online/order ahead has been turned off all day every single day. This is incredibly inconvenient for people that use the app or use a gift card loaded onto the app. My friend tried to call them the other day to ask why it is always turned off and although she was polite while asking they hung up on her!

Kate is the best! Starbucks give her a big raise!! I go through the drive-thru of this location almost every morning. I can immediately tell when she is not there. The line is two to three times longer. Often she is having to work the window/cash register and take orders at the same time and the line is still moving right along. To top it off, she is so nice to talk too! She always makes my day. Reward your top employees.

They've been super efficient with mobile app orders. Never have to wait

Quick and delicious some of the time. They've been slow with making my drink about 1 out of every 5 times. A lot of times they close down pre order and sometimes they are out of their featured drinks in the afternoon.
