It's not the first time! I bought a venti, and I was only given nearly two-thirds of the drink! What's with all that extra space? Why design a venti and not fill it up? I paid for a venti! Very bad!

BOSE is always made poorly. I asked for it to get remade and it was worse. My first drink tasted and looked like straight oatmilk and the next didn’t taste like there was any brown sugar syrup and the sweet cold foam consistency was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re go to drink is a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso.

This store usually does a good job. Today I ordered a venti mocha with hazelnut and whipped cream through the app, and my wife picked it up for me, and it was only half full with no whipped cream. It cost $7. Maybe if that $7 came out of the employees paycheck every time they got an order wrong, maybe they would start paying better attention.

Benji is clearly the person RUNNING THE SHOW ?????? 10 stars for customer service. Michelle helped fix my order mix up bc of choosing the wrong location on the app. She was really wound up and kind of snappy. They seemed to be super busy I. Drive through bc they didn’t that many people in-house so I won’t hold it against her. Her high stress was so apparent I started to become frazzled myself. Anyways, if anyone is reading the is, BENJI definitely needs a raise. There was one more girl there super pleasant but I didn’t have much interaction with her bc they were dancing like graceful ballerinas getting THINGS DONE. Bravo!
