I've been to the subway on walnut twice in the last 3 weeks and had to leave because I couldn't get any service. 3 people behind the counter and only 1 person making any food and she kept leaving and going to the back for who knows what. Only one person in front of me. After about 10 minutes I gave up and left. I will NEVER go back to that store. RIDICULOUS. SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!

Stale bread, lousy service, super sloppy assembly of sandwich. Asked for yellow mustard and he squirted on a ton of it! After I got home and unwrapped my sandwich it liked like it had exploded. What a mess and a waste of money.

Bought the subway pass last month for $15, but it turned out to be a absolute scam. You are supposed to get a 50% of a sub every day this month, but it's through the app only and their app won't recognize any rewards. Emailed them 5 times so far and not a single response. They are straight up ripping people off!
I'd understand closing 10 minutes early but 40 minutes??? Are you kidding me, is it so much to ask that you literally just do your job

I ordered a Veggie Patty sandwich using the Subway app. I picked my order up in store and took it back to work. Upon opening my sandwich, there was no veggie patty or the pepperjack cheese I added to it. I virtually have a sandwich with lettuce, spinach, pickles, onion and mustard. I called Subway and the gentleman who answered the phone informed me they are out of veggie patties and no one told him to add cheese. He also informed me there is nothing he can do about it. Nothing, really? At least sound sorry!
