I ordered a sandwich and once I tried to eat it once I got home, it tasted so bad. Something was rotting. Oh well, it was an accident, I called today to see about a refund or even just a new sandwich. So unprofessional, just laughing and not understanding or listening to me. I couldn't tell if they were laughing at me or some joke. Im not coming back.

Usually come here, I love their fast service. However, today all they had was brown lettuce when I asked the elderly employee for FRESH lettuce she stated she only had the brown lettuce. I took spinach instead. Had I ordered online and received brown lettuce I would have been very unhappy and asked for a refund. There needs to be more pride and consideration for ppl's money and time when ordering from their establishment.

Shantalle was super patient with me (I did not know what I wanted when I approached) she was very professional and very kind. Every Subway Store should have people like her that go above and beyond people friendly. Thank you for such great service Shantalle. God bless.

This is basically how I feel about all Subways. Mediocre sandwiches, not fresh ingredients (even though their slogan is, “Eat Fresh”), and not very clean restrooms. They have the worst subs, and it is my second most hated fast food chain, right behind McDonald’s. Subway has always been a last resort to me, and it has remained that way for a very long time. This location is the exact same. Bad, low quality subs, ingredients that are barely fresh at all, and not very clean. I recommend for you to go to Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s, which are both very close to here.

Walked In, asked if they carried Veggie Pattice. The lady didn't know English and didn't understand. So she said they had Veggie pattice. I asked if they cna toast the Veggie pattice as well..she said yes. She asked me what type of bread. Ordered two itialian herbs and cheese footlongs. She continues toasting the bread and cheese. I asked her again if she can warm the pattice to which she acted confused..she couldn't speak or understand english. I am not saying one should know english to survive..all I am saying is one should understand and be able to communicate what are they selling and customer needs. We wasted some food which could have been saved if only they knew what they were doing. Her reaction was absolutely uncalled for.Please train your employees.

Went to Subway today. The food was good. Camden was very polite and courteous. Great customer service from him. However, Jennifer was the issue. She was polite at first but, she was actually rude to Camden in front of us more than once. I was seriously upset when Jennifer reached over Camden while he was trying to put vegetables on my sandwich more than once to grab vegetables for someone else's sandwich next in line. Jennifer bumped him over, reached over my sandwich with her arms and grab two different kinds of vegetables one in each hand. How rude! She was the person that put the meat on my sandwich and passed it over to him to put the vegetables on. Apparently, I wasn't rushing Cameron fast enough for Jennifer. I was having a great experience my first time back at Subway since the pandemic and Jennifer ruined it by being rude.
