Favorite subway in NWA. The food is always perfectly made and we will go out of our way from Centerton just to come to this one. The boy working alone this evening made our food very well and was the best. Just wish Subway, the company, would give their staff better resources to flourish even more. Had to witness an rude customer take their frustration out on the boy working (who handled it better than I would ever) all because he was alone as if it was his fault and not the company’s. It’s not fair Subway, you have good workers, just be a better run company and stop sending solo teenagers to the frontlines.

Do you ever notice that when you’re getting stuff put on your sandwich at Subway the person I’m sorry the artist is sitting there with their hand kind of default in the lettuce just waiting for you to say it. I’m just not the type of person who likes lettuce and it’s always kind of a shock when they have to move onto the tomato Now to get to the serious stuff. I just don’t think Subway’s food is kept up and they kind of keep getting pinned down by people saying that just take certain ingredients out of their bread the people eating at Subway these days know that it’s not the number one healthy choice. It’s a sandwich Put the stuff back in the bread that made it a little bit flexible now it’s just kind of a dry heap of a mess now having said that the biggest issue I’ve had in the last five years that they took away the southwest chipotle sauce that was by far the best sauceand now it’s gone.

Ordered a sandwich about 45 minutes in advance and it said it was ready on my app so when I walked in I was surprised to see that it wasn’t even started on. They had only one person working by themselves and they were extremely behind. I could tell that the working conditions were not pleasant. Nobody should be working at a Subway by themselves, let alone a teenager.

Why is there one person working during rush hour? And why are they serving walk ins before starting on my order I place in the app 40 minutes ago? This is unacceptable. If there’s one person working that’s fine but don’t accept online orders. Literally standing in line anyways and my order hasn’t even been started on. I am livid at the operations. Poor management all the way around.

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here weekly no problem since June 2023. Never again! I ordered the Pizza sub that I’ve ordered since 2nd grade to college- Sauce from the meatballs, mozzarella (they were out of shredded so I ordered fresh) pepperoni, and olives. VERY SIMPLE. I get home ready to devour my beautiful sub and to my demise I see the worst sandwich I’ve ever seen. Warm bread, pepperoni, and sprinkled parmesean. I call the store at 7:50 CST with my receipt in hand. I tell the worker my issue and he says this “I did what was on receipt it just says pepperoni and parmesean” AS IM LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT AND IT SAYS “PIZZA SUB (ADDED FRESH BL GIO MOZZERELLA +$2.10)He then tells me at 7:50 that he’s locking the doors and that if I don’t come in 5 minutes I can’t get a new sub. On the app, and online it says they close at 9. I don’t know who was working at 1/6/24 at 7:00, but they are the worst subway worker I’ve encountered in my life. Every other employee I’ve met at this location has been nothing but kind and respectful. We even tipped!?. I just want my pizza sub :(

Absolute shocking customer service - I went to order my food when the guy taking my order asked me how many sandwiches I said 3. Someone walked in after me and he asked how many sandwiches they said 1 , he said “ok I’ll help them first”. I suggest going to a different sandwich store that takes care of you as you walk in not what’s easiest for them. Awful customer service. Go to jimmy johns across the way! They treat you nice!

I’m the hotshot Italian guy. I’ve been coming around for about 8 months. I have ordered other items than the hotshot Italian, but at the end of the day I’m a simple man. Lee is the bomb, dude just showed up one day and is a pro at sandwich making. Ever since he started, the wait time has gone down significantly. Lyndsey, is a great worker too. I can’t complain much honestly because at the end of the day, I’m paying someone to make me a sandwich.

Lee is the bomb, dude just showed up one day and is a pro at sandwich making. Ever since he started, the wait time has gone down significantly. Lyndsey, is a great worker too. I can’t complain much honestly because at the end of the day, I’m paying someone to make me a sandwich.
