I went to go get my food today and when they messed up on the drink order and I kindly asked if they could fix it the cashier Digna roled her eyes and sighed at us. Im sorry but if you work in fast food mess up are gonna happen but if the person PAYING for the food ask if the can get it fixed… FIX IT!!! terrible coustmer service even rushed us at the drive thru. If you hate your job so much that isn’t your coustmers problem when we are paying for the food. Don’t recommend this spot!!!

Every time I come here they are super attentive. I always get napkins and the sauce I ask for. It seems like every other location tries to skimp on that. But for this location they always get the order right. This crew tonight was exceptional though. Quick and very polite. Take it back ... The next night I don't get the sauce I asked for or a napkin. Inconsistent

We got into Rogers, Arkansas late, and most sit places were already closed, and we were tired from the long drive. I stopped by this Taco Bell to get something quick to go. My daughter ordered from the kiosk. The food took forever to come out. When we got to our cabin, we noticed the packaging was sloppy. My Mexican pizza got smashed, and all the topping/cheese became part of the box top. The Gordita Supreme did not taste good. The beef or steak was salty, hardly any filling, just pita bread. Is this how Taco Bell make their Gorditas now, or is it this location??? It used to be one of my favorite menu items.
Website says they're open for breakfast, but it's a lie. many attempts were made for breakfast, but the door is always locked. Even drive-thru doesn't answer, and the workers hide. Their vehicles are clearly there. Don't eat at this location

Got food poisoning from this place, my girlfriend and I are both sick with food poisoning, planning on sueing for negligence if we can get enough information together. Do not eat here, this isn't the first time I've been sick from this location.
