The team here were excellent. The service was wonderful. The food was good, but I thought the bowl was a little sparse for over $10. Luckily, I got filled up on the bean burrito.

The food at this restaurant is not very good. They just throw your food together & serve to you. The taco shells were broken. You have to eat your taco with a fork!

We just left this location and sat down to eat our food and we’re very disappointed with our entire experience with this taco Bell. First and foremost, the girl taking orders and working the window was short and rude the entire time. After taking our order and getting up to the window, we sat at the window for 20 minutes, waiting for three tacos. While inside you could hear them laughing and talking and clearly not doing anything as the seating area had already been closed. Understandably they were busy but also for three tacos it should not have taken so long. Once we started to eat our food, we realized the tacos were 95% lettuce and 5% beef, which is the only thing inside the taco that we ordered. The taco shells were cold and stale, and the meat on the inside was cold, not even room temp. Very disappointed with this entire experience. Not a good Taco Bell and would not go again.

Placed an online order- the order I got was incorrect- tried getting help, the gal in the drive thru refused to help, refused to fix the issue and when I asked for a manager she shut the window, walked away and never came back. Tried calling- no answer, tried sending a message via the app, no response. Just go down the road to another fast food place and avoid paying way too much money and not getting what you actually paid for! #boycott #tacobellsucks

The food actually arrived fairly quickly, but unfortunately, it was completely cold—below room temperature—and tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a long time. I normally don’t complain, but this was really disappointing and made the meal inedible.

Just wanted to bring this to your attention in case it helps improve future orders. I’d appreciate any response or follow-up.
