Was served raw chicken. I didn’t realize it was undercooked until I bit into it and thought it was beans. Spit it out and started looking at the pieces of chicken and they were all mushy. Hopefully I dont get food poisoning now, its just a waiting game at this point. Was just there about 45 minutes ago (currently 7:37 pm on 2-12-25. May file with health department.

Went inside to order. Received my drinks and then nothing. I asked what was taking so long. They said they had no one working the ding side. I saw car after car going thr drive thru as i sat for 20 minutes waiting. I was the only one inside! Horrible service

I’m not sure what you want Taco Bell I mean at the end of the day it’s fast food Mexican and it’s pretty much gonna be what it’s gonna be now I really am one of those breakfast people that likes some options so I can appreciate that Taco Bell came to the table or something different as I look around the spectrum. The breakfast crunch wrap is actually one of those things that I can really get behind it it kind of gives you something hearty for breakfast and it is definitely a step up from something like a gas station biscuit sandwich. I’m probably not gonna take my whole family to Taco Bell to sit down and eat but some nights it just doesn’t seem like the right thing to do and some mornings. It’s a nice change from any other fast food breakfast.

Got there and was greeted with a “How are you” “Can I help you” like I was being rushed. Waited several minutes for my food even though I ordered ahead of time and there were no other cars, very unprofessional customer service. Get home and I’m missing all my sauces except the one that comes with the fries but my other cheese sauce (that I PAID for) and the sauce for my nuggets are gone and they gave me regular Pepsi instead of Diet. Do better.

I normally don’t do reviews unless it gets me frustrated more than once. My husband went to grab us lunch on his way home and paid the extra amount for a supreme taco meal. When he gets home he presents it to me as I’m already hungry. I open up one taco and no sour cream on a supreme meal. No biggie, might of missed one taco with ONE ingredient. NOPE! None of them have sour cream at all. As someone who works in food as well check your orders before they’re sent out! It’s already expensive to grab food on the go. Y’all might benefit by checking your orders before they’re sent out to the customers. Take notes managers…. Service like this can really hurt business if things keep getting messed up
They don't have enough staffing to even open the lobby. This is clearly the fault of the GM for paying so little. Will not be going here ever again.

Each time I order they forget something. Try to call and no one answers the phone. This time they forgot my medium Pepsi. They gave me the cheese sauce but not the chips. It is too far for us to go back. I order in the app. I know technically we should check the bag but the line is usually long. Pulling in a parking space takes time and then have to go back through the line.
2 different taco bell employees helped 2 different people order on the kiosk - way to go employees! They had great attitudes and patience with the people they helped. Our food was hot and prepared well. This would be our taco bell location if we lived closer.
Food is great, and hot, takes maybe 5 minutes to actually prepare my food, but no complaint when it’s clearly to make it fresh!

The worst Taco bell in Rogers. They provided a very poor dine in experience. Despite being the only dine-in customers, we waited 20 minutes while they prioritized numerous drive-through orders. When our order finally arrived and we inquired about the delay, the staff ignored us and didn't address our concerns
