They won't talk to you no matter how long you wait at the front. I guess they assume you couldn't possibly need them for anything? It was 15 min before I finally got someone's attention to correct an issue. Food was fine.

I like Taco Bell food. I just really hate the dining experience now. I don't want to have to use a kiosk. Some people would still like their order taken, Sit down and have a decent lunch. It took me 5 minutes just to get someone's attention. Then she walked me over to the kiosk to take my order. It was quiet because nobody there. They just slide your food over the counter and walk away without a smile or a thank you. Don't worry I will be there a lot less frequently. Only if I want to eat a burrito in my van.

I had just traveled across the country going to multiple Taco Bell locations, and James easily delivered the best Taco Bell experience.
The lobby was bustling with customers, but any question we had, James was quick to help us with and resolve.
This man deserves a raise.

This was a few days ago and I almost forgot to write this review, but I wasn’t gonna let James down like that. I know he would do the same for me 💯

Steer clear of this place if at all possible. There is ZERO customer service, they cannot handle orders. They are 4 pages behind. Extremely LOOOONG WAIT TIME AND NO COMMUNICATION.

JAMES FOR EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH! He knows what’s up! We went to this location after a concert and he was we was on point leading the team and giving GREAT costumer service, he honestly deserved a raise!

I was trashy on the floors and the chairs where all over the place and I put the blind down because I don't want people watching me eat and someone yelled dont mess woth the blind and sounded pretty mean.

Waited 30+ minutes for my food through the mobile app. The only employee doing inside orders was doing great. The manager (I assume manager) and another employee sat in the back office doing nothing but standing there and laughing while the one employee had to take care of the multiple orders in the lobby. Poor excuse For management. The singluar employee who was in charge of lobby orders was doing the best he could!

The food is what you expect from taco bell. Nothing more, nothing less. But the service is soooooo slow. Don't know why. Took 20 minutes to get through drive thru. A week ago, it took 15 minutes to get food inside lobby. Guess I've just been spoiled by other taco bell places that are much quicker

Friendly and hardworking crew. One of the guy was cleaning the table spotless right after other guests left, and gave me a helping hand when I needed one, which I really appreciated.
