Restaurant and bathroom, both clean. Staff was prompt and friendly. Food was as expected. The cashier that took our cash and gave cash back had gloves on. The same person with the same gloves handled our food before delivering it to us.
Money is filthy. Clean and new gloves please between handling money and food.

Taco Casa is one of my absolute favorites. The chilada is amazing!! I will never eat bean burritos from Taco Bell again because Taco Casa's are so much better!

Good food, people are always nice.
We decided to give this place a try since we drive by it all the time and let’s just say we were not disappointed in the least bit! The food was AWESOME and fresh, it was very reasonably priced (especially for the amount of food you get), the restaurant was nice and clean, and the staff was super nice! We most definitely will be back very soon!

First time customer bcuz they cant follow instructuons on the ingredients i almost had a trip to the hospital. Thankfully i know better than to bite into a burrito for all the way home cut it with a fork and cane really close to drying. They apparently dont do refunds which is unacceptable. Drove 20 mins back up there for them to remake my burrito and i got 5$ worth of coupons. Incentive is a risk to health tho. The fact they dont do returns when its their mistake is why they got 1 star.

I went to Taco Cass for the first time last night. The food is good but the workers were rude and were talking about me. I could hear them from 20 feet away. They delivered sauce to the very next order but I had to go ask for mild sauce, which isn’t a problem. Except the rude comments kept going until I left and they gave me enchilada sauce.

The service was fine, the food was terrible and insanely over priced. We wouldn’t go again.
***Since the owner decided to post a long winded reply, I’ll respond.
The service was fine as I stated in my review.
The food was worse than Taco Bell, but much more expensive. Our taco shells were chewy and stale, the mild sauce was atrocious and the cinnamon chips were also inedible due to being so chewy and stale.
Yes, you do get an absurd amount of chips in the nachos…that’s about all. The trash cans were overflowing and the bathroom was abhorrent. Perhaps the owner should focus as much on consistency in the quality of food and cleanliness as they do on Google reviews. Thanks!

1st timer. Good, fast food Tex-Mex with heaps of cheese & veggies on top of tostadas & tacos. Staff was nice & place was clean. Packaged hot sauce. Decent prices. Good for what it is. A fast food Tex-Mex restaurant.

As an original Taco Casa Connoisseur, I have visited them in several states and locations. This one is the closest to our home in Eureka Springs and we drive almost an hour to get our fix when necessary! Thank you for being our favorite Taco Casa, Rogers.

For a small Mexican fast food restaurant, the food was surprisingly good and accommodated our family gathering well.

The food is good and we eat here every week, but I go inside for the first time and this place is so hot inside, i’m talking like 105°. I was sweating the whole time I was here. There was no air conditioner (signs posted about it for a week) and I can’t even imagine the temp in the kitchen. Not sure this is legal to have people working in it. If employees brought it up with OSHA I feel like this would be a textbook case.
The staff and food were excellent, but the poor staff was working for more than a week without air conditioning. Besides the dining room being uncomfortable for customers, more importantly the staff were literally sick from the heat. The owners could order in temporary cooling to keep the temps manageable. Christian music playing, but not very Christian behavior toward the suffering of the staff. Please either get them some temporary AC, or pay to expedite the repair. As I can't reply to the owner, I can do it here- temporary portable AC is available- and keeping your staff at a safe temp is simply a choice. The working conditions in addition to your reply tell me everything i need to know.
