This place is incredible, without a doubt, my favorite, incredible food and good service, I will always return. I recommend their tacos, burritos, tortas and carne asada.

I used to love coming to this place. It was one of my favorite spots for asada fries, but lately, the quality of the food has been declining, and my recent visit only added to the disappointment.

I visited a few days ago to order asada fries, but unfortunately, the same mistake happened again — an issue I've experienced multiple times at this location. It’s frustrating when the kitchen staff doesn’t carefully review the receipt details, especially for customized orders like mine, which I don’t think are overly complicated.

I want to acknowledge that the cashier working the drive-thru was very polite and kind. They took my order correctly, and I appreciated their professionalism. However, the issue lay with the kitchen staff, as they didn’t prepare the order as requested.

I specifically requested the jalapeños, tomatoes, and guacamole be removed, with avocado slices added on top. However, my order came with everything I asked to be removed, still on it. To make matters worse, I had to wait nearly 15 minutes after paying for my order, and it felt like they completely forgot about me while I was waiting outside.

When I finally received my food, it was clear they had simply picked off the unwanted ingredients rather than preparing a new plate. On top of that, they drenched the fries in extra nacho cheese and crema, which completely overpowered the dish and made it unpleasant to eat. It even upset my stomach.

This was an incredibly negative experience, especially since I was already feeling very hungry. To add to my disappointment, I’ve noticed the overall quality of the meat has been declining recently, not just at this location on Walnut but also at the one on 8th Street.

I strongly recommend that management take steps to improve employee training in both accuracy and customer service. Addressing these issues is crucial for maintaining your reputation, which seems to be slipping.

I had lengua and asada tacos and the lengua was okay but the asada was not good at all. Not to mention they moped the whole restaurant while we were eating, the fabuloso or whatever they use smell was so strong I could not finish my food, no wet floor signs either. This is at the 8th street location.

Horrible place to eat, bad hearted workers who give you a taco with a 3 tiny microscopic pieces of beef fat and a ton of cilantro and onions, pic in comments

Then turn around and have a feast full of meat infront of your face

Tacos tasted like trash obviously with no meat and just got robbed by these people and would have asked them to remake it but I sense they would spit in it for sure.
