Had family in town, so we had 18 people. There isn’t enough room to sit that many people, so we decided to just place 3 different to-go orders. We were told 30-40 minutes. It took nearly 2 hours to get the first two orders and the third never came. When we cancelled it and let them know how disappointing it was, the manager went off on an f-bomb ridden tirade in front of customers and kids. There were 4 other groups of carry-outs that had similar experiences. Honestly, not worth it for undercooked pizza with burnt edges.

Worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Had a group of 18, so we were too big to be seated, so we broke it in to 3 to-go orders. Our 30-40 expected wait turned in to 70 minutes for one, 90 minutes for the other, and the 3rd order was lost so we just cancelled it. The staff was rude and dropped the f-bomb in front of kids. Honestly not worth it for average tasting burnt pizza.

Great pizza and very consistent everytime we go. Pork shank appetizer is a must. Service is always outstanding. I wish there was more room so we didn't have to wait, but they do offer to text when your table is ready and there's a wonderful little bar, Frisco Club, right around the corner to pass the time.

The "Lunch slice" is literally just overpriced left over cold pizza. The waitress had a kind voice. Other than that garbage.

Called an order of pizza to eat outside in the downtown Rogers area. Great idea. They said it would be 20 minutes (ordered at lunch rush) and we walked over right about then and pizza was ready to go. We got the 16" Alfred w/o onions and they got it right. Super tasty. However the entrance door is not super visible if you aren't paying attention and walking fast so keep your eyes peeled for this gem.

Food is always phenomenal! Always craving the pizza, wings and shanks. We go at least once a week maybe twice. However, if you go when it’s not busy the service is awful. Just sat for 10 mins without any service, called last week to put in a take out order (was hung up on). At this point we will unfortunately be going to the Rail significantly less.

Okay, it's a bar. And I confess that I have an almost unnatural affinity for bar food. I have been searching for decent chicken wings for months and have been repeatedly disappointed. The Rail's wings were the best we've had since leaving Kansas City. We ordered the Louisiana hot wings served with a choice of Ranch or blue cheese. They were hot CRISPY and delicious. After eating some almost offensive wings with little seasoning and (my biggest bitch) flacid, rubbery inedible wings at multiple other restaurants, the Rail really delivered. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Insofar as ambiance? Can we talk? It's a bar. Draw your own conclusions.
