Theo’s in Rogers has a great vibe with comfortable seating and ambience. We tried the Pepperoncello cocktail, Black Garlic Hummus, and Mushroom Ravioli – all were really good. The service was decent, not the fastest, but still friendly and attentive. It’s a nice spot for a relaxed evening out. Overall, a solid choice, even for vegetarians.

My husband and I were really excited to try this restaurant but the experience left a lot to be desired.
We ordered: (3.5/5) Bread basket ($8) - plain sourdough and a Gochujang sourdough. Breads were tasty but it was served with a sweetened butter. I requested for plain butter. Overall this was the best dish of the night.
(3/5) Lamb Leg - Flavors melded well, the honey glazed carrots were a good touch. This was braised but a good portion of the lamb was dry.
(1/5) Duck Breast - this dish looked promising but every piece of duck was dry. I love duck but this was difficult to eat.
(1/5) Mussels - this was by far the worst dish... this was salted as if salt was free! I wanted to send it back but my husband didn't want to make a fuss. We both ended up having the mussels without any of the broth which is typically our favorite part.
The service was decent, nothing remarkable. The ambiance is cozy but I should mention we had at least 3 flies at our booth. We managed to swat 2 of the 3. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Last night at Theo’s in Rogers, AR, I savored a memorable dinner. The dimly lit dining room, adorned with fresh flowers, set a cozy, intimate mood. My perfectly cooked NY strip, paired with a creamy lobster mac and cheese, was a highlight—rich and flavorful. The server was friendly but slightly slow during the rush ,but attentiveness made up for it. Prices were steep, but the quality felt worth it. A solid spot for a special evening, though pacing could improve. Highly recommend for a date night.

Dined here last night. Was hesitant with some of the recent negative reviews…..glad we ended up going though! Great spot with friendly, attentive service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The ribeye steak was cooked perfect (medium rare how a steak should be cooked). Pork chop was thick, juicy, and well-seasoned. It’s a place I’d definitely recommend for a relaxed and satisfying meal. Oh and great drink menu too!

Love this place!! Every time we have dinner here the food is always outstanding. Kathryn was our server she was very professional and attentive. The servers always try to help each other if needed so we had Jann (pronounced Jon) attend to us as well!! They were both so kind. Also very knowledgeable regarding what wine we should choose with our dinner. My husband had the Filet Mignon and I had the salmon soppa. Both cooked perfectly! They helped us choose a bottle of wine that went well with both meat and fish. Theo's is always consistent with their food; quality, price and preparation. I highly recommend Theos-Rogers!

The drinks are great! Bartender crafted anything we asked and went above and beyond on presentation. The steaks unfortunately missed the mark. We ordered the 14oz prime rib rare and the 8oz filet medium rare and both were well overcooked. The manager offered dessert to compensate but with a night of drinking ahead of us we said no thanks. $200 meal of disappointment.
Had dinner last night with friends and everything was great from food to ambiance to service. Our server went above and beyond helping us with a couple of special orders and had great recommendations on new menu items. It was as a fantastic experience and I will definitely be going back soon.
