I made an online order and I waited 30 minutes after the schedule pick up time. I told them just to cancel my order. I assume they lost my ticket. What was most frustrating was seen who ordered well after me and get their food still . I wouldn’t be leaving this review if they had better acknowledged me /apologized.

This place is fantastic! Tonight they were doing music bingo (how fun?!?) and the energy was amazing. The line started to pile up out the door for people waiting on carry out orders, and the cashier with red curly hair (I wish I had caught her name!) who had already shown a great deal of respect to the people she was serving, offered a drink to the people waiting on carry out orders. It would have been so easy to just ignore us as we waited. She then went to the kitchen and returned with an arm full of carry out orders a few minutes later. She is phenomenal, and I can’t wait to come back to dine in and play bingo!

I love Torchy's, fantastic tacos and drinks. We love walking over there Sat/Sun for breakfast tacos and mimosas. "" Update; we have been coming here for several weeks for breakfast and mimosas on the weekends. It's still fantastic!!! It's a great time, with great bartenders, and good food.
