What happened to these smoothies? It’s been a while since I’ve had a Tropical Smoothie but this was surprisingly bad, and now I have this awful taste in my mouth. I also don’t know why I paid Smoothie King prices for this low quality. I can’t force myself to finish drinking this so almost $8 is wasted. Never again. Also, I’m not interested in paying a tip for poor drive-thru service so stop handing customers the card scanner and saying, “It’s gonna ask you a question.” The answer is no, you’re not getting a tip.

Very disappointed, seems like they are using way too much ice. Literally just crunching on ice barely any flavor . Can even drink through the straw because ice chunks are so big.Go to Smoothie King don’t waste money here

This tropical smoothie is laid back and chill The workers are very attentive to your order and make sure you have everything before you leave. Best one yet

Staff is so rude😔

Very bland. If you enjoy bland then this is your place. Strawberry banana smoothie tastes like they ground up ice with 1 strawberry and 3 slices of banana and has the taste of well, a hint of a hint of flavor of the given fruits. I'll stick to Smoothie King for my smoothie needs. But the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap was pretty good.
1st time visit, won't bother to return, pricing and quality are not well balanced.

This is mine and my husbands favorite Tropical Smoothie location! We’ve been to many locations in NWA and even Fort Smith and nothing beats it. They had the quickest service unlike anywhere else and the food was even better.

I had an experience yesterday where either the reciete was messed up, or staff stole my points. But theres no support for the issues like that. They only help if I forgot to scan for points. I tried it right after purchase

The smoothies are ok, nothing to write home about. Service is very lacking, the attendant at the window seemed very apathetic, was very short and almost rude, and very abruptly handed the food out the window, nearly causing me to drop a cup.

Way too overpriced. $8 for a smoothie is absurd. Service is ok. The ONLY reason I spend any money here is because I’m a wimp when it comes to my daughter and she loves it. Otherwise I wouldn’t spend my money on this overpriced mess.

I frequent this particular restaurant and am served often by Alisa. She is always very courteous and helpful. Today my order was prepared wrong so I returned to the store to get it corrected. Alisa didn’t hesitate to make things right and apologized for the mixup. (The sandwich mixup is the only reason for the 4 stars for food). Good food and good service always.
