Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I had an experience yesterday where either the reciete was messed up, or staff stole my points. But theres no support for the issues like that. They only help if I forgot to scan for points. I tried it right after purchase

The smoothies are ok, nothing to write home about. Service is very lacking, the attendant at the window seemed very apathetic, was very short and almost rude, and very abruptly handed the food out the window, nearly causing me to drop a cup.

Way too overpriced. $8 for a smoothie is absurd. Service is ok. The ONLY reason I spend any money here is because I’m a wimp when it comes to my daughter and she loves it. Otherwise I wouldn’t spend my money on this overpriced mess.

I frequent this particular restaurant and am served often by Alisa. She is always very courteous and helpful. Today my order was prepared wrong so I returned to the store to get it corrected. Alisa didn’t hesitate to make things right and apologized for the mixup. (The sandwich mixup is the only reason for the 4 stars for food). Good food and good service always.

We had breakfast here a couple of days while we were in town. We really enjoyed the bowls, and wish they had a bit of a water variety. The second time we visited, they gave our food away to someone else which was a little bit awkward, after we waited for quite some time. Other than that, a good experience and I definitely recommend. I have an allergy to Chia seeds and they take great caution to make sure there was no contamination.

I love tropical smoothie, but the only one that gets your order right is on MLK. The roger's one is awful and completely messed up my order. not to mention, they over charged me too. They gave me food I am literally allergic to. They need to learn how to repeat orders back and how to work in customer service. Waste of my time, money, and energy. Would've been more worth it to drive the extra 15 miles to fayetteville. Very disappointed.

Today was the first day I went through drive-thru fast service lady that took my order was very nice. Had an issue with the food though, some of the lettuce that was on my sandwich was rotten. I didn't notice it until I got to work and started eating the sandwich. I was at work so I could not take it back and get a different one
