I love the tostilocos that they make, plus they always give me a big bowl for $12 bucks and they're always nice.
snacks are great, staff isn't very friendly and they were slamming chairs into place when there was only two customers inside. how are people supposed to enjoy an eatery if the staff slam chairs so hard it leaves your ears ringing. home girl could've put it down gently, but chose to be obnoxious and slam them.
Our family stopped for the first time to treat our son for his first day of school. The first thing we noticed was the uncomfortably strong smell of floor cleaner. My husband actually had to leave the shop and wait in the car because the smell was so strong. The prices for not posted online or in the shop. We were shocked that the shake was $14.25. Normally I would not have paid that price for a shake, and would have left to get a more reasonably priced shake at a local ice cream shop. However my son was excited to try a new place out. It took over 15 minutes to receive one shake. Because of the smell on ordering, we had asked to make this a to-go order. I had asked if they would not put the sticky chocolate on the outside of the cup. After waiting, they did in fact not follow through on the request to not put anything on the outside of the cup. So we had chocolate all over the cup holder on the way home. Overall, I feel two stars is more than generous. I think customer satisfaction could improve by transparent pricing, improving the smell inside the shop, quicker service and following order instructions correctly.
Excellent choice!!! They serve more than enough portions for a fair price!!! Stop by and thank me later!!!
Amazing list of options! Huge list of juices, flat ice creams and even other snacks! Love their Mangonada!
I ordered the mango cup with cream and it took a long time to make. My husband made a comment “did they have to go to Mexico to bring it” the price was expensive for the flavor. I would suggest smaller cup and less expensive price. I have second thoughts of coming back. No price on the items either, you have to keep asking how much it cost. The girls that works there did not know the price and they have to key in on the cash register.
Really nice staff got greeted kindly as soon as dad and i came in dad is in love with Rogers now
Cotton candy land was super tasty
Idk when we walked in it felt like they didn’t want to serve us and when we would smile at them they would just look very serious and kinda made us feel in welcomed. And then my mom order a fruit cup but her fruit was falling out the cup and she went to grab a bigger cup so it would fit better and the guy in the back yelled at us to pay the empty cup mind you no one was infront to ask for a cup they were all in the back. The empty cup was 1 dollar and we didn’t mind paying for the empty cup but there was better ways to communicate then yell at customers. We spent $60 in everything we picked for us to be yelled at. I just feel like customer service should really be worked on better.
Expensive and slow. $33 for 3 ice creams and a 40 minute wait. Plus the TV was playing music unsuitable for children with profanity. Ice cream was ok, but for all the other I would choose somewhere else.
Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered the dubai chocolate- very pricey $15 was not expecting it to be that much. Waited to long for my order. Don't understand why they don't show there prices they need to be more transparent with that. Also I ordered and elote en vaso $6.50 for apparently a medium but my cup was more of a small they said they only have 2 sizes. But didn't mention it to me until I got my order. They also had customer after me that got a elote also but recieved there order first ridiculous. But it seemed like they were friends so I guess they got faster service then me. still waiting like 15 min or more for mine. Not coming back.
The ultimate place for treats! Everything that they have is delicious, and served in the most fun ways! The Super Freak shakes are as crazy as the photos. I recommend this place to everyone! The location in Springdale is great too! Same superb quality!
Just okay… the presentation of everything is WOW but what we ordered really lacked flavor sadly. We had very high hopes based on pictures! We got the nachos and the Reese’s Shake. Both seriously lacked any taste. The nachos were incredibly bland like stadium nachos and the milkshake was mostly milk and the decor on the outside. Service was odd too, like it took a long time even though no one was there. And no one was cleaning off any tables inside. I’d skip coming back.
Way overpriced. Corn was good and the agua de Sandia was amazing. I got a cup of mango but most of it wasn’t ripe enough.

Just ordered and received a Mango Berry Smoothie. They are $11.00+ each, but are good and servings were large. No more! Just a regular size drink now. Makes it no longer acceptable!
