So far, I’ve had their aqua frescas, smoothies, and a mangonada and both of those were pretty outstanding to me. They were a bit pricey but the portion and quality of ingredients are fair for the price imo. Everything I’ve tried is fresh. If you do get a snack or more, it can be a wait but they make everything from scratch so the wait is worth it to me when I have time to wait. If you don’t have time to wait, the aqua frescas are very good.Visually, their food is gorgeous and they put a lot of effort into the presentation for their drinks.I’m sensitive to dairy and caffeine and they have lots of options here I can eat for dessert/drink which is hard to find in other places.Dietary restrictions: As mentioned in my review, they have a lot of good dessert options if you’re sensitive to dairy. I’ve tried many things and never had a reaction afterwards.

The Ice Cream is wonderful however the music is so loud you can't even have a conversation with the people you are with . I asked for it to be turned down for them to say what because they couldn't hear me I had to yell they said ok and they still didn't turn it down I assume because they couldn't hear what I was saying. . Music is great lightly in the background this is overwhelming !

Terrible customer service and extremely high prices. I don't mind paying when the place has great service. The lady was angry after my sister changed her mind about her order and we had not finished ordering yet. The tables were all dirty and there was only one other person. They took a long time to get our order ready. Go to a different place, this place is not worth it.

They put the photos of the products very different from what they sell, there was a photo of strawberries with cream, when they gave me "the strawberries with cream" they were very different from what I ordered, I told them that I had ordered the strawberries with cream in the photo , and they told me that those are others, so why put photos of products with a name if it is not that product

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! I wish I read the reviews before giving it a try & wasting my time and money. Workers are so rude and dirty! A lady in the back prepping food is picking her nose with the same gloves she's serving peoples food.. disgusting! The one in the front who called herself a manager is using the same dirty hands she's grabbing money with to touch people's food and serve their waters etc. when an issue is brought to their attention instead of helping make it right they get upset and don't want to help you find a solution. They treat you like less of a person for saying they did something wrong. Never again! Do not recommend!

Second time coming here and I’m AMAZED! While I’ve never had their shakes or ice cream, they look beautiful and over the top in a good way! I’m a fan of the snack options like tostilocos! First time trying the cucumber cup and I loved it. Reminds me of being home in California.the first time I got the tostilocos I did find it weird as well that there were carrots in it but everyone makes it differently I asked without it this time. While I will say, the prices are a bit high (paid $23.00) for my items, it is worth it! You’re paying for the presentation which is an art! It does take a while to order and get your food but it seems like a family business with the family running the place. Support your local businesses! ? ❤️

Today I had a bad experience, the person who served me threw her pen at me when I was going to sign and made faces at me. I think she didn't feel like working. She also took care of those who arrived after me first and also when I was going to place the orders she took crumbs from them. Guácala teeth ? I won't go back to that place anymore I came to buy not to ask for a gift terrible customer service ???????????????????????? ?????? ?

Yet again with another review. This place doesn't deserve a second chance . In English. One of the lady's was putting her hand in her mouth while making my order eating from what was left of the bag of my order then she proceeded to fool around and drop some of my order on the floor and was grinning like it was funny. It wasn't besides disrespectful what a waste of my money had my order dropped and didn't even offer to replace it. Save yourself the attitude and disappointment. Want my money back.Una vieja que tiene ahí con bien pocas ganas de atender. Se mete la mano a la boca mientras hace la orden. y como de mala ganas anda dando la orden todo se le tiró y ni trató de remplazar mi orden se hizo como si nada hasta se pone a reiré. Si quieren que los traten de la patada vayan ahí !
