Can someone change out the staff here? Never have they been even a little nice to me or to anyone I know. This morning, this lady at the drive thru window just about threw the bag out the window and before I could say anything she just talks over me, saying “thank you” and shuts the window on me. She acted like I was a pain to deal with and wanted me gone. Funny thing is, there were no other customers around other than maybe one or two inside so they definitely weren’t backed up on orders or rushed. I’m not asking for a red carpet treatment here, just a smile or eye contact and maybe don’t make us feel like dirt for showing up.

Order a simple damn combo and it's the second time y'all have messed it up and whoever the girl with red lipstick is working the window needs to be fired or immediately trained on service skills. Gave the person in front of me attitude and the old lady behind me even more attitude. It's just fast food of you don't want to be there you don't have too be. The manager needs to seriously do something about there store.

Salted Carmel frosty is sooooo wonderful ! ! !
Guy at the drive through window took my money & handed me someone else's food - I refused to take the bag & shook my head negatively. A co-worker grabbed my frosties.
The exceptional salted carmel frosties really leave me wondering about tge pineapple onces that should have stayed in the ocean!

Wendy's, is in my opinion a top 5 fast food restaurant. Prices aren't horrible, and the food, to me is pretty dang good.
I did drive through and tried the garlics mushroom burger, and i can’t state this enough: it has mayo. The garlic sauce is mayo based. I can’t stand mayo on my burger and now i have to remove the sauce. Before anyone thinks it looks good- it has mayo!!!!

Lobbies closed. Never know if it's going to be open. It should just go out of business one in Rogers and Bentonville

Food and service was fine. They have bathrooms with 2 stalls labeled as "family restrooms". I know this is a thing, but I was walked in on by a strange man while alone in a tiny bathroom, and I will not be put in that position. And when my girls went, I had to stand outside to keep anyone out. The poor guy who walked in on me was equally horrified and confused. People don't want this. This was the first time we've eaten at a Wendy's in quite a while, and we won't be back until this ridiculous bathroom issue fades into obscurity. If you want all gender bathrooms then MAKE THEM SINGLE STALLS.
