Usually love going to this place. We drive through often. Well, today we got an order delivered and the chocolate frosty was straight up spoiled, as in rotten milk. Now we’re sick just a few days before the holiday. I took a bite without tasting it and swallowed. Tossed it into the trash.

I called to let them know the frosty was spoiled and they left me on hold for 11 minutes and returned to say nothing was wrong with it and I could return to get my money back. Someone said something about Monday but I have my suspicion it was actually fresh.

No one tasted it from the machine or explained why it was so nasty. I wasn’t looking for a handout. I was just trying to prevent other customers from straight up getting poisoned. Clean the dang machine out and start over before you harm someone! The complete lack of concern or responsibility was really worrying.

Called in on Tuesday morning 11/25. PLEASE FIX THIS.

It's better to close they didn't care about the customers. I don't know the who the manager is, he didn't adjust the employees how much they are to be worked in the weekend especially because I have waited in the driveway for 1 hour and called to the store and asked about my my order they simply said there were not enough workers to prepare your order. I don't know the person( exactly is she or he)who is handoverings is very rude.

Ordered a burger and a fully loaded baked potato. When I looked at the receipt I got the burger combo, not just the burger. The lady who took the order did not know how to do a refund. Another employee got me the refund. It was a take-out and when I unpacked the food the potato had only chives on it, no bacon, no cheese, no salt, no pepper. It tasted horrible! The burger wasn't any good either. Total mush and at best lukewarm. The bathroom was in shambles too. That place won't see me again!

I go at least once a week ok my lunch break and the sake haired lady with a face tattoo is so rude every single time. If you hate your job then quit. there’s no reason you’re being ugly to customers as soon as the pull up to order.

Maybe this place was having a bad day but regardless, we won’t be back here. The bathrooms smelled so bad that the lobby had a faint urine smell. The drink station was soaked and splatter everywhere. The young man that took our order( bless his heart) was doing the best he could. The lobby filled up and no one came to help him. He was on autopilot with one speed with no sense of urgency. The crew members in the back never once thought to help while we waited 10 minutes for one kids meal. Also, I wanted the sparkling pineapple drink and was told they don’t make them at this time of the day. The lobby was filthy. I really have nothing good to say, the experience was not good at all.

Stopped at lunch today. There was an older man who took in my order, and he may be new? Even though my order was complex he still got everything right! No errors in the order and he was very polite! Much better than this younger generation, I’d say! Awesome job!

Seriously the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. It was awkward, the lady who took our order was rude, the people in back sang a suicide song, and one lady gave me the creeps. The food was terrible and so was my Caramel coffee drink. Will never come here again. The bathrooms had flies littered about and very unclean.

Food is great. Atmosphere is good. Service is simply too slow and unenthusiastic. Even when there's 12 people in the line inside, there is zero sense of urgency behind the counter.
