Used to be really good but the last 3 times the food was not good. The lettuce looked soggy and rotten, the fries were greasy and tasted warmed over and the service was slow. Was our favorite burger place but not sure what is going on now.

Very unhappy. The website shows that they closed at 6 PM on Christmas Eve. We got there at 5:50 PM. They had cats in the drive-thru blocking them. We started to go inside. They had a sign saying that they are closing the lobby at 4:30 PM and the drive thru at 5:15 PM. If it shows 6 PM they should be open to 6. All we wanted was two Dr. Pepper shakes.

Good prices and quality compared to most these days. But service and employee attitude is awful. Orders take forever on mobile versus just waiting in drive thru

We've been here a few times but this time was a night and day difference. The manager Chris Vinson who helped us tonight was AMAZING! He got our order quickly and answered questions freely with a great attitude about the menu. He checked on us multiple times while we ate and helped make the experience the best we've had at a fast food restaurant ever! Will be back for sure!
Kid-friendliness: Chris handed out coloring pages and provided our three kids with markers to color while they ate and they loved it!

Food is always so good I love it. But we went there Monday Nov 4 for lunch for my husbands birthday. The cashier she was nice. Then The manager he seen my husband grab a high chair and he came out the back to clean it himself and was making sure it was clean for our baby girl. I love that. He was so polite! I enjoyed our experience! Rogers location is definitely better then the bentonville one.

I live nearby and have tried this location many times. The most consistent thing about the location is their nearly perfect record of messing up our orders. If McDonalds across the street was open a bit later, this place would be out of business. Avoid this place if there’s other options still open at this intersection.
