Best burger and fries I have had in a very long time, I have been meaning to try this place and never got around to it until recently, and wow is the food good! ? I am definitely coming back, service was exceptional as well, great work team!

Food was all wrong. Wanted only mustard, ketchup, mayo. Fries were frigid and dumped upside down in the bag with the burger on top. service was okay, especially after returning for replacement.

Not likely -This was only my second time to visit a Whataburger.The service I received was very helpful, friendly, and great eye contact today!The location was clean and welcoming.My review of 3 stars is largely based on the flavor type that whataburger prepares; opposed to other burger type joints - in other words, it is personal preference not poor food."Your mileage will vary."
Great fast food but service through drive through is very slow. I understand they may make everything to order but a 20 minute wait with nobody in line behind you is a little excessive. Wish they could be a little quicker

Food wise burgers are always good, however if your gonna charge me for the sauces I asked for, how about make sure they are put in the bag def didn’t forget to charge my card but did forget to give me what I paid for…. Be better!!

I’m not sure who they allow to answer the phones, the attitude over creamy peppered sauce is completely unacceptable. One, it’s sauce, it’s not life or death. Two, you work in the customer service industry, if you can’t adjust your attitude I suggest you find a new career! I will be investigating on who I spoke with today and I will be following up on corrective action!
