“I had such an incredible experience at Big Whiskey’s, and it was all thanks to Mikayla behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. You can tell right away when someone truly enjoys what they do & Mikayla’s energy completely elevated the entire atmosphere.

Not only were the drinks perfectly crafted (seriously, some of the best I’ve had), but she also made amazing recommendations based on what I liked. Everything came out quickly, tasted incredible, and was made with obvious skill and care.

What stood out the most, though, was her professionalism. During my visit, there was a situation involving a tab that had been walked out on the night before. The customer came back the next day and tried to avoid paying it, and Mikayla handled the entire situation with impressive composure. She remained calm, respectful, and firm, addressing the issue in a way that was both professional and effective. It was clear she knew exactly how to handle a difficult situation without letting it disrupt the experience for everyone else.

She balanced a busy bar effortlessly while still making everyone feel like a priority. Friendly, professional, and just the right amount of personable. It made the whole experience feel special rather than just another night out.

If you’re going to Big Whiskey’s, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar with Mikayla. Great drinks are expected, but this kind of service is rare. I’ll absolutely be back!“
