I have to give 5 stars tonight. Our food was hot and fries had the right amount of seasoning..slaw was fresh and sweet tea was perfect! Service was great!

It's a great place to go eat. We've got plenty of different salads that you can eat. Got it, chicken fingers and a lot of things. I can't mention because there's too many, but anyhow. I recommend this place to anybody who wants a good thing. Family mill, our single person. It doesn't matter. They accommodate for everything

Website clearly states closing 10:30pm. Went there at 10:00 the young lady claimed they closed at 10:00. May 17, 2025

I wanted to leave no starts but I had to leave one to write this review. The only word I have to say is terrible. Food was cold and chicken was not cooked all the way. Never coming back.

Very good food and the employees were very kind. Came here on a whim and will be back! The Bao Nini was very good, highly recommend. Not sure if they get too busy throughout the day but it was very calm and relaxing while dining!

The cook Milo did an expectional job at making my food today. He put sweat and tears into his job. Should definitely get a good promotion soon!!! These chicken tenders were the best i have ever had!! Good job Zaxbys team at Pleasant Grove!

Service is always fast and food is always fresh every single time, even at the busy lunch hour. The employee's are always so friendly too.

Got Asian Salad. Would have been better if the roll had not been burnt and flavorless. I will go to the Zaxbys in Bentonville next time. A never a disappointment there!
