Very busy at noon on a Saturday. We asked for extra crispy chicken sandwich and fries. They asked us to pull forward...We waited a bit...nothing more crisp than normal. Staff was friendly....I'm sure they meant well. A nice change from burgers. ??

We ordered 3 drinks! One sweet tea, one DR Pepper, and one Sprite. The DR Pepper had a hole in the bottom of the cup, but we found out when we found a Puddle of water in my car! So then we had to pull of in the side of the road and dump them out, thanks for the waste of 6 bucks.

Took 23 minutes to get food (for 4 people) after ordering (2 people ahead of us & we got ours before 1 of them). Very inefficient: lack of proper training on front staff & cooks. Food was not worth the wait nor price.
I used to like it. Did not cut it for me. Possibly, since I no longer eat deep fried foods.

Very modern location. The food was normal Zaxby's quality. Not much else to say. Unfortunately they didn't have a Coke Freestyle, but they did have Cherry Fanta which is cool.

I came here yesterday around lunch time to get a lot of food for the hungry technicians at my job. I wish I could remember the manager's name but she was super helpful through the ordering process (it was a huge order during lunch hours). She explained what I ordered back to me perfectly, the food was all there and correct, and she has amazing customer service. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone! If you were having any doubts about coming here, I wouldn't!

Ordered a $30 order, it was only upon arriving home after waiting 10+ mins in the drive through that I saw they didn't put any chicken in one of my combos and the wrong amount in another one. When I went back and told them I was looked at very strangely and in rude ways and bombarded with questions about the credibility of my story. I was finally given what they had charged me for with no compensation or even friendly customer service. Do not recommend.
