Locally owned, good food, nice folks. The restaurant is about a 30 minute ride through the countryside from my house. My wife & I frequent this establishment about once a month and have no plans to change this habit.
This was the second time we stopped here to eat. First time we had the chicken fried steak and the hamburger steak both with mashed potatoes/gravy and fried okra. Perfect! Nice and tender with a great flavor!
Today I had the cheese burger with onion rings and my husband has the patty melt with fries. The only thing missing was the recliner to take a nap! We will definitely be back!
