We go here every summer! It’s outside of town so it’s quiet and cozy just the way we like it! The view is gorgeous, the cabins are spacious and well designed, the staff is kind and welcoming! The highlight of our trip is to rent one of their boats and spend a day out on the water. Our kids have enjoyed it here since they were little and still do as teenagers. We are so thankful for this place!
The staff was above any I've dealt with in a long time. Had a 14yr old with me and she wanted to stay because of the people working there. Cabin was clean. I'm all about clean. To swim without a boat had to drive to the other side, even though you could see it from the cabin. I'm assuming the water was kinda nasty looking from lack of boat traffic. And it's like an area off the main channel. They did have life jackets just hanging up to use. That was good to...
Jimmy and I had a wonderful time at Echo Canyon Resort and Marina a few weekends ago. We love to hike with our pup, Coco, and of course, did some fishing too. Herrold’s Hideaway was perfect! Highly recommend.
