I normally get food, but only a drink today. This location is my favorite around because the food is better in my opinion. Service can be lacking. A few of the workers always seem to be in a grumpy mood. However, the cooks make up for it so I keep coming back anyways

The burger was oddly cold and the veggies were freezing. The ranch was fing disgusting too. Idk why burger king went and changed their ranch, but it will be their downfall.
If you are a fast food business you should always have change to break a 100.00 or a 50.00 bill. No excuses. That's what managers are for to make sure the cashiers have enough money at all times to make any conveyance to the customers.

The guy running the drive-through giving your order to you. He was very kind and veryprofessional his name was Troy and the lady was very nice that gave me my food. Just had to wait on the onion rings to be fresh. They was Cheyenne very professional team. Keep up the great work guys and congrats to the person who hired you.
After a long day, took the whole fam out for some ice cream/milkshakes a little after 10:30. They said they couldn’t make it because the ice cream machine was being cleaned. As the GM of a similar restaurant, you shouldn’t deny food items before closing, especially if it’s part of a pre-closing procedure. How about: clean it after you close ?

While the food was fine and what we expected, I was concerned because what I could see of the kitchen, it was very dirty. There were few customers at the time we were there, and no one was cleaning up in between business.
