It took 30 minutes to get our food we didn't get our barbecue after they asked us if we want to catch up we said no we want barbecue And they still gave us ketchup are fries were cold or Whoppers tasted like salt I couldn't even eat it neither could my husband Even my kids cheeseburgers were cold My napkins came in a bag smashed up into a ball they lost our food at first And I got one of the new Panda Oreo Sundays and it literally had a crush Oreo in a honey bit of hot fudge on top overall really bad experience I don't like being this person but I'm not going to not write a review if it was this bad this is the worst I've ever had

Workers we’re talking about a customer and we’re just standing around talking I had to wait for a while until she finished talking before I was acknowledged my food was nasty my bacon was hard my burger was cold fries were cold , the only thing good was my sodas and I got them myself, I usually go to the location near the highway on Arkansas I will not be returning to the Maine street location ever again

Quick friendly service. If your kind patient and understanding, you always have a good experience. I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience I usually get drive-thru though so that might be why I don't know but if you do not like to even wait a little bit then you should try to make fries and a burger at home and then come back and complain about the time

This place has a bad attitude. Instead of doing things the way I asked it was take it the way we make it or go somewhere else. BK advertises they are the place that does things Your Way. At this location that's just not true.The receipt they gave me says I can claim my rewards points online but doesn't have any of the codes needed to do so.I recommend people avoid this hell hole!

Good place and nice employees. But eating inside is not so. The aluminum chairs are horrible every time someone moves a chair it makes the most horrible screeching noise that echoes all over the restaurant. ??

The food is so good! But the spider man burger made me shit out red instead of brown.. I was so mad. But I do enjoy y'all's fries are delicious and don't even get ME STARTED ON THE ZEST SAUCE!! So good y'all make me gain 10 pounds every time I go it's crazy. Service is amazing?? I always get my food in time and the whoppers are amazing y'all's song is the best ‼‼
