Our waitress was very attentive to our table of 7. No one’s glass was ever empty and she made sure our food was right when it came out. Even with a full restaurant, our wait for our food was not that bad.
Greasy over priced cold food that is never right my review would be zero stars if I could rate it that way I have never been here and placed an order that was right the first time let alone not have to wait a century just to get cold greasy food this place sucks and so does the service they need to be shut down and revamped or something different in the place of this crap hole save your money and go elsewhere.....

I purchased a Togo meal and spent $25 And the only thing that was edible was the mashed potatoes. I purchased the ancho salmon and it was so dry and hard I couldn't even eat it. The rice was the exact same way. I won't be back if this isn't made right. What a disappointment
If you want your change (coins) back when you pay your bill, you HAVE to tell them that you want ALL your change or they will keep it. I called after I noticed that I never got my change and talked to the manager and she said that is what they do. She also told me that if you want your change that you have to ask for it.

CHILI'S in Russellville, Ar ..We were met at the door and found a large table for our group..Our waitress Beth was excellent in all ares of service..! I had a fried chicken sandwich that was huge and so delicious!..it was in the $10.99 lunch combo..If you like tea try the Blackberrry tea..is is super good..Enjoy going to this establishment...😃
