Came in for lunch and everything was spotless! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The atmosphere was great everyone seemed to be in good spirits. The general manager was kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My husband and I love Chipotle it’s one of our favorites and always reminds us of Colorado, where it’s super popular! I was here for a lunch date with a friend, and we both had a wonderful time.

First time to this new restaurant in Russellville, as the dining choices are limited, we are always hoping for new restaurants. Sadly, I would not go back to Chipotle, too expensive for a huge burrito, that they cheaped out on cheese and meat. The whole burrito had almost no meat or cheese! You want cheese sauce, Extra. This was the online order, going in and watching them make it might be better option, at least you can then help them control their quality of giving you ingredients for a large amount of money.

Unlike any other Chipotle I've been to. Serving counter, food display, & kitchen are disgustingly dirty. Dirty food bins are within plain sight piled up. The man, who appeared to be the manager, was disheveled and moved with little to no urgency to assist anyone. Someone from Chipotle should pop in unannounced. Nothing looks like it's being cleaned on a regular basis and the food is cold and looks old.

Never seen someone standing behind drying crap in pans before but that's exactly what I walked into. Employees were ready to serve so not knocking them. But the food was all drying out nasty looking. I was hungry but not ever going back. Hopefully it gets better management.

Pretty good, solid portions for the price imo. Staff is good, and hasn't messed up my order or left me feeling sick like some other restaurants locally. As a vegan I appreciate their options, and for fast food guac it's pretty good. (if a bit overpriced)

Got hit by a truck while walking on foot and they called the cops on me while I'm hurt because I yelled at the driver who hit me
I come in at least once a week and William, the manager, always makes sure the place is top notch. The restaurant is clean, the food is always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Great management shows, and it’s the reason i keep coming back!

I’m at this Chipotle almost every day, and it’s honestly become part of my routine. The food is always on point — fresh, flavorful, and they load it up just right. The crew here is awesome, super friendly, and they’ve got the line moving quick even when it’s packed. The place is always clean, and the vibe is just chill. It’s one of those spots you actually look forward to coming back to.
