This place unlocked a new family tradition. Every two months we come here and eat. Just family conversation, good food and fun games.

Have eaten here before but after today don't care if I ever do again. First thing , young lady behind counter was very rude had additude, acted like she would like to be somewhere else. Would barely speak. The food selection was poor. Just a poor experience today.

Lost a star due to the fact that they no longer make full pizza for tables on the buffet, but it is a minor inconvenience so only lost the 1 star.

This place is a complete joke!!!! I'm a truck driver, and I'm from Orlando, FL. I stopped in on my lunch break, and I was expecting a full buffet bar. Most of it was EMPTY and they said it's because they have a 60 pizza carryout. That's not a good excuse. I used to work for cicis in Orlando, where it is A LOT BUSIER, and we used to get orders like that. We ran both ovens, and had 1 dedicated for the delivery, and 1 dedicated for the buffet, and we never got behind on either. You guys have 3 ovens!!!! Why was the bottom one not on?? Was it broken. And, I'm willing to very you guys knew about this order way ahead of time. We'd require 24 hour notice minimum for large orders. Do you? The buffet is supposed to do red, white, red, white sauce down it. Also, why did I get an attitude when I asked for a spinach Alfredo pizza. And, when a customer asks for a pizza that is not currently out, you're supposed to announce it when it dies come out, which you did not!! When I went up, and saw it on the buffet, it was almost gone. I will be contacting corporate. You people need new managers, or get trained properly. I also left a tip when I paid, which I regret doing. Get it together, or find different jobs!!!!

The Russellville establishment is making a killing off their GameZone. Specifically the claw machine that is a play til you win however the machine tells you you are a winner even when you're not. So, hypothetically we purchase a 20$ game credit and lose 10$ in false wins. So a 50% profit for them off our kids. I would suggest having this issue remedied. We love CiCis and would love it a whole lot more if we didn't feel financially raped just playing games.

This is the only place our kids will all agree on eating without one being upset, and thankfully they all eat a good amount of food. Our daughter, who is a Cinnamon Roll lover, says their cinnamon rolls are some of her favorite! It's always clean and fresh food!

I ate lunch here and was not pleased with any aspect of the experience. There were only two pizzas on the buffet line and one dessert. I was there for nearly an hour waiting for them to put more pizzas on the buffet which didn't happen until I was leaving. The only positive aspect of my dining experience was the cleanliness of the dining area and the friendliness of the staff.
