i placed an online order, went inside about 5 minutes after placing it and let them know i was here. i waited 30 minutes for my order while watching many others get there food. when i finally got someone’s attention i watched her pull my bag of food out from under a warmer where it had been sitting for a while considering the boxes were literally wet with condensation. it was a very frustrating experience.

Went through the drive-thru, it takes me 4 minutes to get to my house from DQ, all my food was cold. My entire order was room temp. No excuse for that.

I know it isn't the restaurant's fault but I had taken my kids to get ice cream, put in a mobile order, got charged and never got the ice cream because the order didn't show up on their screen. I even showed the receipt and bank statement that the money did get pulled. We didn't even get a refund. Kinda sucks because we are in a rough spot, I just wanted to spoil my kids a little, so it's not like we could just go have our ice cream at home. But ayy I learned not to do mobile ordering at dairy Queen 🥴

I usually never leave a review but this was absolutely the worst service! It took 30 minutes to get our order only to be wrong. Not only was it wrong but it was cold! My husband asked for a refund as it was wrong and it took so long and we couldn't wait another 20-30 minutes for them to fix the order. He was told that they would not give him a refund as the manager was busy because there was an inspection. The manager heard all of this as he was sitting at a table in the lobby. I go back in to try to speak with the manager who is now behind the counter who refused to speak with me or give a refund. Terrible service and extremely rude staff.

I ordered a large drink but they failed to tell me they had no ice. Also they had no change to give back when you ordered something, and the tables are sticky. They also had food on the menu that they could not give me saying "it wasn't on the computer". Do better be better. I expected more.

I usually love Dairy Queen and always treat myself to a visit when on a road trip but the Dairy Queen in Russellville was very disappointing . It was dirty, the server was unfriendly and not helpful and the Blizzard was bad . It was a very runny consistency and when I asked for a thicker more frozen one she said they were having trouble with the machine so no. I then tasted it and it tasted sour like bad milk. Again she refused to replace it because she said she had just put in new ice cream. She never offered a refund but I convinced her to give me a Dilly Bar instead and it probably took her 5 minutes to find one. My friend and I were the only customers on a week night at dinner time and it’s easy to see why as nothing about this place was good.

Very disappointed. No napkins in the bag. Fries really cold and no lid for my sundae. Was very rude at drive thru window. Some people don't go straight home to eat. So napkins would been nice and a spoon.

DILLY BAR ISSUES. "I hate to complain, but..."  I like to stop by here sometimes and get a Reduced Sugar Dilly Bar. Everybody is always very nice. I've noticed that, unlike other Dairy Queen locations, the Dilly Bars at the Russellville Dairy Queen are not the best quality. They always look as if they have been thawed and re-frozen. The ice cream is always rock-hard, and the shell is shattered and falls off in your lap. A few weeks ago, it was pretty hilarious -- the Dilly Bar came out completely wrecked, with the stick hanging out at an odd angle, and globs of frozen melted ice cream inside the plastic wrap. I had to take it back. I wasn't mad. I was laughing because it was so crazy bad. I asked to talk to a manager, but the young girl behind the counter said she was the only manager. I showed it to her and she gave me a new one, which was the usual level of badness, but edible. She said it was something happening in shipping, but I've never had this problem at the Dairy Queen in Clarksville. Meanwhile, the quality has not improved at the Russellville location since I pointed it out.

The lady was pretty rude at the window and was not smiling or seemed interested to help me at all. She took my money and slammed the window. And while I am thinking about it $5.11 is too high for a snack size blizzard!!!! Plus the fact they had no one in line behind me, no one in front of me and one car in the parking lot and it took them 10 minutes to put ice cream in a cup!
