I know it isn't the restaurant's fault but I had taken my kids to get ice cream, put in a mobile order, got charged and never got the ice cream because the order didn't show up on their screen. I even showed the receipt and bank statement that the money did get pulled. We didn't even get a refund. DILLY BAR ISSUES. "I hate to complain, but..." I like to stop by here sometimes and get a Reduced Sugar Dilly Bar. Everybody is always very nice. I've noticed that, unlike other Dairy Queen locations, the Dilly Bars at the Russellville Dairy Queen are not the best quality. They always look as if they have been thawed and re-frozen. The ice cream is always rock-hard, and the shell is shattered and falls off in your lap. A few weeks ago, it was pretty hilarious...

I went through today to order a mini blizzard, and that was really good. But I ordered a small cup of water and they charged me $2.29. I asked if it was a mistake, and the lady at the window told me no, that's just what they charge. $2.29 for a water? That's literally what they charge for a soda. That's just predatory.
