I have only had 2 experiences with this Dominos and both weren’t great. The first time I called and the worker on the phone couldn’t understand my order so I ended up just ending the call about 5 minutes into trying to place an order for just pizza. The second experience was last night when I called at 5:30pm and was told the order I placed would be an hour wait due to a special going on—which I totally understood! It’s tough working on so many orders on a Friday night. However, when I got to the store, they didn’t ask if I needed help or anything so after waiting about 7 minutes, I went to the front to ask about my call in order and she couldn’t find my order. She said it must’ve not been placed and that I had the option of re-ordering and waiting 40 MORE minutes (for 2 medium pizzas). I just said no thanks and walked away. If the original wait time would’ve been a normal 20-25 min wait, okay, I’ll wait a second time. It was an hour wait though and then wasn’t even placed. I ended up going to Papa John’s and had pizza in 15 minutes.

Wilsonville is joke not order there they will find away screw
My husband called in the order and wasn't impressed by the many advertising ads and customer service.l he received when he gave his order. We picked up his order and ate it there. The workers weren't overly friendly and it doesn't have a welcoming atmosphere. They acted more put out that they had to be there working. The food was good which is why it's getting three stars instead of 1.5 stars.

I like Domino's but...... ask for a paper flyer menu and see the specials. Naively I was steered towards a more expensive pizza that was way too large for 1 person.

This is a fairly new location for this franchise and they're still working on coordinating their services. The hand tossed pizza I got was underdone and gooey to the point of where it took a knife to cut it apart.I pre ordered and paid cash for a pepperoni, onion and halepeno thin crust for delivery in two days.What showed up was chicken. They fixed the problem so there is hope.
