If there was a zero star, you would get a zero star From me, I went in there to get my breakfast today. The older Hispanic lady was rude when I walked through the door. Well, I was OK with that. I still was hungry. So I started ordering my food and she said to the younger Hispanic girl I don’t know why these nasty people keep coming in here In Spanish well guess what? I speak Spanish and understand Spanish whoever owns this establishment needs to get a control on your people you got Get rid of that old lady she is very rude and hateful until I called her out and then she became Very sorry and apologetic

I was charged 7 dollars for a coffee when the sign said 2.99, also I got overcharged for biscuits and gravy. Food was okay but not great. That was my first time coming there and will never be back.

Had great donuts and I’m a picky person, when it comes to donuts. Best I have found so far in Russellville!!
Make sure you say exactly what you want. Once they warm it up you’re stuck with it. The lady is always rude by only opening the window halfway to listen and shutting it immediately after you order. I accidentally just said I wanted a sandwich and after she came back, I confirmed it was the biscuit and she said no. When I told her that I wanted the one on a biscuit, the only thing she could tell me that she already warmed it up. Even after I went inside and asked again if I could switch them out or order new ones, she told me that she couldn’t do anything for me, so I left unhappy. I come back every week for the same sandwich because it’s that good, but I most likely won’t be back here because of the continuous bad service.
