I forgot I could leave reviews but last year for a field trip my school came here and when I got to the bottom of my custard there was just a finger nail clipping and it was not very awesome 😓

Everytime I go here they get my order wrong. Today I order a large fry with grilled onions. They first gave me a small fry with raw onions. Asked them to fix it. They brought it out to me and they just dumped the small fry into a large container and threw a few shriveled up grilled onions and couple drops of cheese on it. Went it and got a refund, the whole staff today felt like they didn't want to be there and where slightly rude

Fast and not to exspensive if you like their ice cream especially. I'm not a fan of their burgers or fries but their shakes are incredible and a double scoop ice cream cone is only like 4.50 and it's MASSIVE well worth the price. Their service is fast to

Omg I went here and ate with my family the atmosphere was great after we ate I got a shake and it was amazing we accidentally left a kids meal and bless there hearts we were in our car driving out and they ran out to give us our kids meal 5/5 definitely coming back

I've enjoyed eating at Freddy's ever since the restaurant opened in Russellville, & I do it often. I'd like to brag on them for something more than their great-tasting food this time, though. I'd like to thank them for their generosity. My parents own a food bank called Arkansas River Valley Cherokee Church Outreach, and we wanted to reward our hard-working volunteers with a Volunteer Appreciation Ice Cream Social. Jonah at Freddy's was quick to donate several kinds of scrumptious toppings for all the ice cream I would be making... and this put smiles on EVERYONE'S faces at the party! Honestly one of the best places I’ve been too since traveling. For one the food was nice and hot and you could see the steam come out of the burger with each bite. And it was perfectly seasoned as well. For two everyone who worked their seemed close and I even saw one person engaging in conversation and making sure everything was ok. I was greeted at the door with a smile and when he was checking up on guess he had the same smile on his face. Honestly 10/10 would recommend.

I eat here regularly and I love it! The food is good, the staff is polite, and the restaurant is kept clean.
My only complaint would be the prices, but that is mainly an economy issue since inflation has been out of control.

Stopping on our cross country road trip, we were greeted with late night smiles and welcomed by Eliza who helped me navigate the unknown menu and recommended excellent options for my group! The shift managers were helpful and courteous as well. I’m so glad to have come across this gem on our journey! 10/10 will go out of the way to come to this location again!
