First time trying and I got a 16 wing bone in combo, the mango habanero were good, but the garlic parmesan had an off taste. The order was supposed to come with fries and drink, but did not get the fries in my order or the right drink that i ordered. Was also a little difficult to find, they need something outside to show that its inside of Chili's. So was disappointed and have had better wings.

I order it’s just wings fairly regularly and it’s really hit or miss. I decided to branch out and try the new Nashville hot wings and talk about gross! The to go box was filled with so much oil and looked like a pile of barf spooned on to one wing in the middle. They also tasted like very old fryer oil. The sante fe was fine, but I won’t be branching out again

We arrived about 9:40 PM on February 24, 2023. They had customers but were not real busy. We were seated immediately and given our menus. Once the host left, NO ONE else stopped to check on us. They were waiting on other customers near us and clearing tables of customers who left but NO ONE stopped to take our drink orders or ask what we needed. We waited until 10:00 PM, giving them 20 minutes to check on us. We were hungry so we decided to leave and go somewhere else. We gave them a full 20 minutes and NO ONE stopped to check on us. If they had been busy I would have taken that into consideration but they weren't, and I understand why if that is how they take care of customers. I will not be back.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

As a veteran. I was very impressed that on Veteran's Day they had a missing man's table set up.
Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.
