This place is the biggest joke in Russellville. 30+ minute wait times for cold food and wrong orders every single time. And when you complain, the managers treat you like you were the problem. Corporate genuinely needs to shut this place down.

Not sure who the lady was working the counter, but she was absolutely amazing! My daughter is autistic and sometimes ordering food can turn into a full blown fit when she's overwhelmed, and this lady was God sent! Sounds ridiculous with just getting dinner, but anything that makes my life a little bit easier is very much appreciated. So to whoever she was, I hope you know just how much it meant, and your kindness really did matter!!!

Chicken sandwich had a little wait but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a large order so a wait was expected and they got everything correct even though we made changes at the window. Awesome job 😎👍
We had an hour to kill in town, and had KFC coupons so stopped by. The cashier was very fast and accomodating. The food was at our table before we finished getting our drinks and sitting down. The food was very good. We got a bucket and fries. The fries were much nicer than many other fast food places and the chicken is always good - original recipe. It was a good experience.

Service was terrible Waited inline 15 minutes after taking my order. Filled 4 orders that came in after I placed mine and had to go to the counter to be recognized. After being inside for 20 minutes I asked for the refund and left. 3 other customers left before placing an order when I told them my wait time.
