Food was awesome! We got the Birra Tacos (only Birra I have seen in Russellville) they were on point! Poblanos enchiladas were also perfect. We also got the large margarita on the rocks and a large draft beer. They were VERY large. I’d say this is my favorite place in Russellville beating La Chiquita. I didn’t give atmosphere 5 points because the restaurant decor is needing a major lift. That doesn’t reflect on the food. I will say I wish some Mexican restaurant in town would have a margarita that’s not using a mix. Just lime, simple and tequila or a true cantarito. With champoy and tajin rim.

Tortilla Soup was Bland as if no spices are used. Maybe add something to make it not so watered down.

Went with a larger party. Everyone paid before me and somehow my bill was +$35 for a kids meal and two smaller meals. So I went back in and was charged for a large cheese dip and a double Steven. That was after my family had already paid for it and it was marked off. The owner is known for trying to add stuff on tickets. Always ask for a receipt! And my parents are regulars we come to this place very often and something like this always happens. Don’t think we will be coming back anymore.

My tortilla soup was served barely warm. It looked fine. Clear broth with chicken topped with sliced avocado. My husband asked the waitress to have it reheated. The soup was reheated. It was the same bowl of soup because i had placed some tortilla chips in it, but the soup was now cloudy and it had a lot of cilantro added. It so had fresh chopped onion in it. I thought thst was strange since there hadnt been any cilantro or cooked onion in the soup before. I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I have to eat so i ate the soup. I started feeling bad as soon as we left the restaurant and by the time wevreachedcthe Pilot Truckstop i was ill. I was up all night. I will never eat at Las Palmas again I believe they deliberately put something in.my soup and that is why it was cloudy, then added cilantro and onions to cover the taste of the added ingredients. I believe the added ingredient was dish water. Never eat at Las Palmas.

Las Palmas is our go to spot when we are in town! It’s a great local, family owned restaurant. We meet family and often our large extended family for dinner! The service is wonderful even when we have our giant family meals! The menu is varied enough that everyone can order what they want. The food is piping hot and delicious! We love Las Palmas and highly recommend!

Who puts tomato slices in fajitas? I burned myself on the cast iron. They only have one diet soda, and only my husband was asked about a refill. My fajitas were overcooked. There weren't enough tortillas to accommodate everything on my plates. At least the fried ice cream was decent, hard but decent. Happy birthday to me.

The best Mexican food in town! Have been coming here since my college days so I was happy to stop back in for an amazing meal and to see the same friendly faces. Highly recommend!

Good food. Good prices. Lots of options on menu. I went to La Huerta recently, and Las Palmas is much better.
