We waiting forty minutes for our order-ahead order past when it was due.
I waited 30 minutes for my pizza, I don't think I'm coming back again.

Imagine sitting somewhere and waiting over an hour for pick up, just to see people pulling in and grabbing their orders who showed up after you. Watching the crew open and close the same door to the pizza warmer over and over again, it’s giving…”look busy so I don’t have to do anything” and watching the manager run her behind off in and out of the store dropping off orders to people the drive through parked. This isn’t the first time this happens, this is probably the 17th. This place needs to clean house, and I’m never one to complain.

The people that work here don’t know what they are doing. They can’t even complete orders right and apparently can’t “hear” I told the cashier 3 different times my order and she still couldn’t get it right. Horrible, horrendous, terrible customer service.

They advertise Hot and Ready pizzas but it’s always a wait ! Ten years ago u pulled out and drove off with food in hand , now its sit in the parking lot for up to 30 minutes

Garbage service i order my pizza at 9:35 pm was showing to be ready at 10:10-10:20pm it's 10:50 and still not ready. Ridiculous.

When we got there to pick up our pizza, no one was at the window or even inside, we were waiting for a couple of minutes, but other than that, the pizza was good.
