They advertise Hot and Ready pizzas but it’s always a wait ! Ten years ago u pulled out and drove off with food in hand , now its sit in the parking lot for up to 30 minutes

Garbage service i order my pizza at 9:35 pm was showing to be ready at 10:10-10:20pm it's 10:50 and still not ready. Ridiculous.

When we got there to pick up our pizza, no one was at the window or even inside, we were waiting for a couple of minutes, but other than that, the pizza was good.

A large pepporini for 30 minutes
It was infact not hot n ready
An GM was losing her cool on 2 untrained employees an even barked at me for asking about breadsticks

Pizza wasn't ready on time and the lady at the window was rude not once but twice!

Talk about let downs. I ordered 2 pizzas by phone as I always do, gave my name and number as usual. Then when I went to pickup my pizza they had no record of the order. To make matters worse, they accused me of ordering from another pizza place and so I showed them my call log.

Then they became rude and said well the order isn’t here and that they don’t know how I expect them to fix it. I said how about making the order. Then they said well theres 10 people ahead of you and it will take a few hours. I couldn’t believe how terrible the experience was. I’ll never eat there again. Little Cesar’s, new building, same old crappy service. Thanks

Not the worst pizza I've ever had, it's okay for the price. I would choose most other pizza places over Little Caesars, but they have their place in the industry. Perfect for a cheap college dinner.

It's pretty good for a pizza that's so cheap

Little Caesars has always been one of my favorite go-to pizza spots. The crazy bread is my favorite; with a “hot and ready” cheese pizza. “Hot and Ready” is what is advertised; so I am not exactly sure why there would be “absolutely nothing” with a 20 minute wait at 6:00 pm last night. Or on any given week day. That is when people are getting off work and headed home to feed their families. Seems like there is some room for improvement in planning and management. I’m looking for a job. I would be happy to apply myself. Minimum wage doesn’t offend me. Perhaps I will bring a copy of my resume by this evening. Same time.

First time I've ordered from the new store. Something has changed. Pizza was cold and dry. Almost no sauce and cheese so thin there were gaps in it! Will be a long time before I try it again!
