Ordered hot coffee.....received iced coffee...did not have time to wait to fix after spending most of my lunch break in line after ordering on app.

Waited exactly 15 minutes in line at 3:00 in the morning for two 6-piece chicken nuggets with only one vehicle in front of me. They're probably prematurely hitting the order complete button so that it doesn't count against them on their clock. Fast food people get timed for people in the Drive-Thru.

I can tell tonight that the same scenario was about to happen except I was the only car this time and that's probably why it didn't happen, because it still took a ridiculous amount of time for one chicken sandwich.

I can also tell that the person at the window who was a very basic white female, was having a hard time trying to be nice. Lol.

My experience was as usual for fast food I ordered in the drive thru they were fast but friendly. They were out of orange juice but all in all my experience was good.

Slowest McD Ever. They had may wait for 15 long mins just to tell me that the latte machine is being cleaned and it will be 18 more minutes!

If I could give negative stars I would. Really disappointing experience (for the 2nd time) at this McDonald's. Both sides of the self-order kiosk were out of paper, so we had no printed receipt with our order number and didn't know when our food was ready. When our order finally came out, it was wrong, and the employees seemed indifferent.
While we were eating, three different people came in from the drive-thru because their orders were also wrong, and even a CHILD brought in a Happy Meal that was made incorrectly. It is clear this location was having serious issues with accuracy AND customer service.
I hope management takes the time to retrain staff on maintenance of equipment and meal preparation because this visit was extremely disappointing.
