Looks like a mess when u walk in , the self serve machines are not printing recipes so if they can’t find your order on there system your not getting an order , hold up for food is double the time.. the taste is not good for the fries . I wanted lettuce like the picture but they didn’t add any as well .. worst 10$ I spent I should of eaten Wendy’s or fried chicken

this is, by far, the worst mcdonald’s i have been to. everytime i’ve came here i e had to wait for my order for well over 20 minutes, even if i ordered online. do not come here if you’re on your lunch break at your work. you’ll be 30 minutes late.

Everytime I go here it's a bad experience! This time they made me move to a parking spot even when I showed some resistance. Then 14 mins. later they bring my meal. I should checked the bag. No napkins, no ketchup, & worst of all, no dipping sauce for mcnuggets. Next time I'm parking across the street.
Do not order from this McDonald’s. It’s a bunch of high school kids and all they do is talk and laugh and mess around. Every time I’ve been here, they take over 30 minutes to get my food out. I got a large fry and it was half way full and cold.

The McDonald's on ar331 in Russellville, AR is the worst McDonald's I believe I have ever been in. The drive thru is 2 lanes, and both lanes were backed up to the main road. I decided to park and walk in to order my lunch, a number 7 = 2 cheeseburgers, medium fries, and a coke. Probably the easiest meal they make, after 35 minutes of standing there in the lobby, the young kid that was wearing a assistant manager badge walked by me without any contact, I decided to get his attention and show him my receipt, he said he doesn't have time to help me, he has to go on the roof. I said hold on, I'm the customer, I showed him my receipt with the time of order, and said this is unacceptable, he went in the back for all of a quick minute, and came back with my meal, didn't apologize or anything, I said said thank you and walked out, after I get back to my truck, I checked the meal and it wasn't hot, it may have been just over room temperature. Absolutely disappointed. I left and just disposed of the food. And they want 15.00 dollars or more an hour for there wage, ... Hell no, they can't even get a simple order right or on time. I will not return to this address. I will drive across town to a different fast food joint.

Worst experience I've ever had from a fast-food restaurant. Two days in a row, sodas are flat, and the order is wrong. It took 20 minutes to bring the incorrect order to the truck, and then they huffed and puffed and got angry when I'm the customer. I don't know if it's the management or what's going on, but people just don't seem to care anymore.

They need to put a little degreaser in the mop water, and put up some privacy walls around the urinal in the men’s restroom. If the door opens while you’re at the urinal, you have full view of one of the dining tables…

I went to the drive-through and ordered a light meal and was shocked when I was told what it cost. I don't know if prices have recently shot up or maybe I just don't eat out enough, but it seems to me the prices that these fast food joints are charging now are outrageous. The only reason I would ever eat at McDonald's is because it was cheap and convenient, but now I don't see the value of going there. I'm ashamed to say but after sitting in the line for a couple seconds I drove off.
