I'm from Hot Springs so trying a new Chinese restaurant is tricky. But I was very satisfied with Mulans and would visit again if I was up that way. They have portion control signs which I think are a great idea so less food is wasted. I only didn't like 2 things I got because pork was too tough for me but that's matter of opinion. The food had a great flavor. Very busy place. The one thing that took me by surprise was at the buffet on the clear face shield they had these notes stating if you waste food you will have a 30% fee added to your bill. You didn't get your bill till after you ate, the server came took your plate then came back with the bill. We didn't go back for seconds and some of left still hungry but we're afraid of this extra charge if we left something on the plate. I Did not...
