I had to wait 30 minutes before someone came to the window on my last visit. I even called the store multiple times and knocked on the window. When someone finally came, they didn't even apologize for the wait.

Burnt my pizza (rock solid and black) and didn’t put the toppings I ordered even though I only ordered two. How that’s easy to mess up is beyond me. Ordered pan and received hand tossed. Will be sticking to dominos from now on.

I mean the food is good but super overpriced. The boneless wings go for like $24 for a 24 piece. That is a dollar per piece of chicken! So overpriced imo. Check out Papa John's or Dominoes for great tasting pizza plus lower prices.
