Had a 2-meat plate, brisket and bacon burnt ends. The brisket was well-smoked good flavor. The burnt ends had good flavor but didn’t have that burnt end crust I’m used to. They were juicy though. Didn’t care for the mixed greens or the pit green beans too much. We’re used to Wright’s BBQ in NWA and that’s a high bar. Also tried the ribs - they were very tasty.
This is the best barbecue that I have ever eaten in my entire life and I grew up in the South. If you have the opportunity, get it to go because the facilities are sparse and the workers are not super friendly.
I didn’t take any photos because we got our food to go, and we were ready to eat. It was amazing! The best smoked food that I have had in a long time. I had the lean brisket, chopped pork, green bean, and baked beans. My kids had the ribs and macaroni and cheese. We don’t live in the area, but we will be back!
