Refusal to serve a combat veteran because he had his service animal with him. Continued to berate the veteran asking for “proof” of service dog while he was on the ground having a medical emergency.
This is not the type of establishment I will support. Our veterans and our community deserve better.

Walked into your business at 10 minutes till 10 on Friday night after doing a search on google to check the hours open it said 11pm. We were asked to leave because the lady said they were closing at 10pm. First off the door was open and we should have been served that is just bad business. So we will not be returning and will share your bad service with everyone we know.

I really like this place. My first introduction to Slim Chickens for me came when I lived in Texarkana. It was my first time and I’ve enjoyed them ever since. I’m glad they have had one in the Russellville area for a while now and I prefer them over the other same type restaurants in this area. The food, desserts, and service are always good.

Chick-Fil-A was far superior. Slims is greasy, has less flavor, and more expensive.
Waited in line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. As we got on the interstate, we realized we had no silverware for the mac & cheese, the chicken was lukewarm & greasy with soggy, undercooked fries. A complaint was called in.

We thought we would try it since it was new in town and, quite frankly, it was the worst experience we've had in a long time. I ordered the crispy chicken meal. The chicken was tender, but it was anything but crisp. The fries were limp and tasted old. My spouse's chicken tenders combo was equal disappointing. Whoever prepared the coating for the chicken tenders stubbed their toe when adding salt. She had to scrape part of the coating off to be able to eat it. Service was indifferent. Clearly, we were a distraction from something more that was more important. On a brighter note, the Dr Pepper drink was fine. Won't be going back.
